The back of the vertical dresser arrived with a fairly large hole in it. The bed frame was scratched. We didn't receive the screws needed to attach the mirror to the horizontal dresser. I attempted to contact product support and they want me to jump through hoops to have the issues resolved. Other than that, it is very decent quality. Worth the price. So I'm giving this products 2 stars because I absolutely love the the dressers and night stand and they came assembled which was heavenly. My HUGE issue with this product is the bed. WHO ONLY SENDS 4 SLACKS FOR A QUEEN SIZE BED!!!! I've had this product less than 7 days and 2 of the slacks have already broken. I'm not a big person by any means nor am I putting my bed through any sort of rigorous activity. There were so many issues with the bed frame and slacks because 1) the slacks themselves aren't very large at all. 2) There is no real center support beam, just 4 flimsy legs to go with the flimsy slacks 3) There are no predrilled holes in the bed frame to attach the slacks to (make sure you have a drill or something) 4) The provided nails didn't seem nearly long enough to get through the slacks and into the bed frame. It's just been a very frustrating mess. Luckily I kept my old bed frame or I'd be SOL because I can't figure out how to contact anyone to get replacements. ... show more
