This vanity is truly beautiful. I bought two of these, one gold and one silver, for each of my oldest daughters. They absolutely love it! And as a bonus, it’s big enough that it doubles as a desk. It completes the room’s look. I have to say I was a little concerned about all the reviews saying the instructions where too hard, assembly was hard, that you had a 50% chance of getting the mirror installed correctly..... but I want to put your mind at ease. My 11 and 8 year old daughters built this. Perfecty. No rocket science here! Haha I guess the main trouble people were having were: 1. Mirror doesn’t fit, 50% chance of getting it right, etc...: just make sure that the two parallel holes on the top corner of each of the two top drawers are on the outside side of the vanity, not the inside. Presto. Even if you get them on the wrong side.... just switch them, no big deal. 2. There was a picture someone uploaded of crooked drawers.... you have to put the screws in the allotted holes.,.. if you screw them wherever you want to, other than the two holes, and even then, if you screw them crooked.... the drawers will be crooked..... if you screw then in where the holes are marked, you’ll be fine. I took the time to write this review because honestly, it is a great great vanity, at a super low price, and I wouldn’t want you to miss on it based on those reviews ! :) ... show more

I absolutely love this vanity. I have so much makeup and it is perfect for me. It fits next to my bed In my tiny apartment and holds my crazy amounts of makeup that I have and that's what I wanted! The drawers are a little smaller than I thought they would be, but they still work well! If you can't see it fits perfectly in a small corner, and I have a set of drawers next to it for my hair products, perfumes, and all that so I have it all in one area. At first I actually wasn't sure because I didn't like the design of the stool, but when it comes you can tell it just all goes together perfectly and works out. And when you're done it fits underneath. It's awesome. Perfect for a gift for a teen, or a adult like me who loves makeup! The bottom 3 drawers are narrow but longer than the top. You can fit 2 naked pallets side by side in them to help show the dimension. And you can stack, underneath I had a contour pallet and I think my fan remote (lol). On the top two drawers they are wider but not as long. You could not fit a naked pallet in there length or width in there. (Sorry if you don't know what those are. They are in the picture in the bottom right hand drawer for reference) I mostly use those for small tubes of my moisturizers or things like that. They come to use for many things! And on top of the drawers and in the middle I use for my organizers which was my goal for getting this one, because it has the most space options and I had space for all my organizers! Which many vanities don't! So I love this one. My only thing I would say I that on the top of the vanity you will see a spot. And that is from where my sister in law spilled nail polish solution and ate right through it. So just be careful! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. We're very happy with this vanity, my daughter loves it! She's 7 and it's a bit big but she can use it and she'll have it for many years! The wood is nice, not some cheap wood, and it's nicely painted too. I gave it 4 stars because the drawers cavities are too wide so the drawers move from side to side (you can see pics and video). But it's still functional. Other than that it's a great vanity with lots of storage for small things. The instructions are missing an important step. Between STEP 4 and STEP 5 they should specify how the cavities should be attached to the board: THE TWO TOP HOLES (WHERE MIRROR SUPPORT GOES) NEED TO BE FACING OUT (see pic). ... show more

I ordered this for a Christmas present and my daughter was devastated... It was broken in three places. I told her Santa must have been hitting the egg nog a little too hard but I'd call him and have a new one right away. A replacement was provided right away in immaculate shape. I can't blame the shipper (unless they're packaging broken piece) as the two items were packaged identically except the second shipment didn't even have a scratch. Item came quick, and my nine year old girl was able to put it together (I did have to help tighten bolts and screws) but it was very simple. Two minutes of laying all the pieces out and studying the individual screws and bolt will save anyone with any mechanical aptitude any potential pitfalls during construction. ... show more

    • Many Cosmetic Defects- I'll have to refinish.

This vanity is really pretty- But it had multiple cosmetic defects. A lot of the cherry coat paint was scratched off and it revealed ugly, white scrapes and scratches all over the vanity. I'm really disappointed- When spending well over $100 on a product, I want it to look pretty and not all banged up. I'm going to keep the product and refinish it myself, but I hope this company will give me a partial refund for the time and cost of materials that I'll have to buy to make this vanity as advertised. Overall, putting it together was pretty good. The screws and bolts weren't labeled, but with some common sense and time, it was doable. I'm not very 'handy' and I was able to do it easily enough. ** I'll revise my rating and edit if the company is ethical and grants me the partial refund.** Once I figure out how to attach photos, I will. ... show more
