A much need update!!

My 2013 Kia Optima EX has been showing signs of its age for a while. My headlights oxidized and I'd tried to repair them on my own, but to no luck. I even tried sanding and reclearing them which worked but only for a few months before the sun did it's work again on them in the hot AZ heat. So I finally decided to take the step of just replacing them altogether and going with the HALO LED lights as part of a look/feel upgrade. Both left/right side assemblies arrived safely and were packaged perfectly. No wiring needed. The challenge came in having to remove the originals which (not to be intimidated) required some YouTubing of how to remove the front bumper connections to get to the point of being able to remove them. For a first time installation for me, this took about 2hrs (total time for both left/right side combined). The 1st hour was taking my time to be careful and avoid breaking anything. But installation was factory perfect for the headlight assemblies themselves. Just connect them to the factory harness (1 plug) and you're all set once they're secured and in place. Only do 1 side at a time, this way if you have an issue, you can check the other side for comparison. I'm very pleased with how they turned out and my car looks much nicer AND newer now...and I can FINALLY see better at night....A LOT BETTER. Be sure to adjust/level them after installation using the adjuster for BOTH high and low beam. Great buy, very happy customer! :)

Took mine to my mechanic for the install - 2hrs labor - said it went on EZ and fit all OEM connection points. Looks very good, no large gaps - Like New!

huge difference!!

i love these headlights! first off there was no wiring needed all you had to do was hook them up once the bumper was off. the bulbs were already in the housing too. they look very well way better than the old ones, there is a pic of old one there. i haven’t drove at night with them yet but i can tell they gonna be 20x brighter. definitely worth the money. they took roughly an hour to install but that was bc we struggled with the bumper coming off. just watched a video and went for it.

Fit my 2013 optima very nicely

Very easy to install, look amazing and so bright! I think I have to adjust them some because there's a weird line across and one seems brighter so if it's an easy fix, I will update but I'm so glad I got these! My headlights before were horrible (1st pic) The hardest part was removing the old ones and making sure everything was disconnected. I put a small crack in my bumper but not too noticeable.

Awesome Headlights

I have a 2014 Kia Optima Ex GDI, and these headlights fit almost perfect. Did have the little gap under the headlight but other than, very pleased with them. Took it to a body shop because you have to remove the bumper to replace the headlights. 10/10 recommend. Best I've seen from my headlights since 2014 when I got the car. Plug and play, no wiring.

What a difference these lights make!

I have a 2012 Kia Optima and I’ve struggled for a bit with my lights being so dim that I always question if they’re on or have to put on the bright lights. These took me less than 2 hours to install and they have made a MAJOR difference in my driving experience. I feel safer driving at night, the reach of the lights is excellent, it illuminates well ahead of where I think normal lights do. And plus they look so nice, a great upgrade to the front end of my car. Buy these!

Easy to install and a major upgrade to old lights.

Old lens was badly dated. I could barely see at night. These lenses were an amazing upgrade but my experience is limited to this product which is of limited use. The installation was very easy.

Looks good, but low beam died in less than 6 months

They fit, and look pretty good. But the low beam bulb went out in less than 6 months which is terrible. I contacted the manufacturer but they only offer 90 day warranty. Terrible.
