I know this is a cheap (price) tool when I bought it. I was expecting some accuracy as I was going to use it on projects that didn’t rely on a spot-on center. I received the tool the center mark was not even close to the center of the pointer.

This is a handy item used to find the center of a cylindrical shaped object. It should be very useful in my home based machine shop.

    • Useful tool
I liked the tool, although it wasn't quite as accurate as it should be. I corrected the error by adding a couple of layers of aluminium foil tape to one of the arms.

If you wanna scrap a project, use this to find the center of your work piece. Mine was so ridiculously off thats it almost laughable. I childs toy would produce more accurate results. Keep Looking!!!!!!
