    • Nice dresser, beware of shipping
This is a nice dresser. It arrives put together, with the exception of the mirror, which was fairly easy to attach with two of us... we did have a near miss that scuffed the frame and I would not attempt to attach the mirror without assistance. The drawers seem well put together and slide in and out easily. The top two rows are shallow and the bottom row is deeper. I am slightly annoyed that the drawers do not pull all the way out, so I can’t access the stuff in the very back without removing some things in front first. I will also say, for the size of this dresser, I expected it to fit more stuff. I don’t blame the dresser for that- I probably just have unrealistic expectations and too much shot. But still, it was disappointing. Also of note, the shipping seems to vary by location. I selected the option that said they could leave it at my door. I read in other reviews and Q&As that the dresser will arrive in 2 large boxes (one with the complete dresser and one with the mirror) and no pallet. Well, this was not the case for me as I got a phone call from some unknown freight company saying they needed to schedule delivery with me. This call happened while I was at work and a very irritated sounding vm was left. I called back at my lunch hour and tried to explain that they could just leave it at my front door. They told me that’s not how this works. They need me to be home and sign for this, or they will send it back to amazon. My boyfriend and I both work full time day jobs and this was an inconvenience. Overall, I like the dresser and it is a great value. I wish the shipping information were more accurate/ transparent as I would have probably opted for something different had I known I’d have to deal with the hassle of this unprofessional freight company (did I mention the lady who left the crappy voicemail notated that I could not be reached 1 hour(!!) after I didn’t return her call so my order was almost sent back, and the feeble old man who delivered the unit required my boyfriend’s help to unload the item from his truck?     • Customer Service is a joke
I overall dont have any problem with this product. I received it about 1.5 years ago. Still holding up, the only issue that I have with it is that one of the bottom drawers was defective and when I reached out I was told by customer support they would send this out. This was right when dumb Covid fired up and after 6 months I reached back out and I was told when they resume regular opperations I would receive my replacement at no cost... Cool right?? well another 6 months went by, I contacted them again ( now its been a year since I made the first claim).. They had me identify which part it was again and assured it would be sent and apologized... Two weeks later they shipped the Mirror portion of this not the bottom drawer... Now Im not getting any reply from them.. Even Amazon hasnt helped. My efforts to contact them are just deleted it seems... so here i sit.. two mirrors and minus a drawer. ... show more

    • Holes in the poles don't line up with the holes in the back of the mirror.
I received my new dresser this week. First, the shipping and delivery process was seamless. The delivery driver offered to bring the items to my door. I live in an apartment building on the top level. Very nice guy! Everything was very securely packaged. I was very impressed. The dresser comes fully assembled. The mirror doesn't come assembled but was fairly easy to mount. I did it myself with no assistance! And I'm not at all one who'd be considered good at assembling anything! It was that easy, though. The only issue I ran into while mounting the mirror was that the pre-drilled holes on the mounting poles didn't properly align with the pre-drilled holes on the back of the mirror. So I had to improvise. I actually ended up drilling a couple of additional holes in the back of the dresser to make it work. The dresser is beautiful! Thinking of buying the matching nightstand.     • Beautiful and constructed good. Negative size..the drawers needs to be deeper
The dresser is beautiful, nice size and width. The only thing is that the drawers are not deep. It does comes asembled. The mirror is easy to put up. Takes two people . one to hold the mirror and the other to screw in the base. 2 to 5 minutes.

Love the dresser seems to be very popular now and three times what I originally got it for. Only con is if you order the mirror with then you have to screw your own holes in which was easy but neglected to put in instructions. I tend to make sure im not making no unnecessary holes.

    • Great dresser, the mirror is ok...
Very sturdy, well made dresser. It should last a long time! The mirror looks good from a far, but is far from good... The quality of the reflection is pretty bad, but still works and adds light to the room. Maybe one day I will have the mirror replaced Overall I would buy this again.

This item is not worth the money they’re asking for! I called and spoke with two different people and they refused any discount!! I’m sooo disappointed and pissed off with Amazon!!!

We really like this dresser. Looks sharp and feels surprisingly solid. No hesitation to recommend. Delivery was a breeze, arrived in 2 boxes. No pallet to deal with. It was just like buying a really big TV. No assembly required beyond screwing the mirror on. Moving it around and attaching the mirror is a 2 person job. We like it enough we're considering buying the mirror-less version for another room. From a quality perspective, seems pretty decent. It's not an heirloom piece but definitely no worse than anything new we saw at either of our local furniture super stores. ... show more
