Product was amazing!! I do recommend switching out old suspension parts since you're already down there. such as your old shocks and springs, sway bar link, control arms and so on. Great quality package. Came with all the hardware needed. Fits well on my 2005 f150. I was able to fit 35’s with a little modification to the fender well bottom. I chose not to use the rear lift and use the front cups. No alignment needed after installation.

I can't complain about the value for this kit, however; not long after the install I started noticing an annoying rattle coming from the rear of my truck anytime I drove over a sharp ridge or bump in the road. I self-diagnosed it to be the newly installed rear shocks rattling. Apparently, the bushings had a lot of play in them, causing the rattle noise. I tightened all of the bolts (top and bottom on each side), and it seemed to help a little but there was still some rattling. I'll admit that the new shocks improved the handling of the rear of my truck, but at least with the old stock ones, I didn't have the irritating rattle. I did an online chat with Rough Country customer service and explained the problem. The representative agreed that it sounded like a bushing issue. He asked for my order number, and when he couldn't locate it in their system, I told him that I ordered it from Amazon. He tried multiple times, using my name and order number. After having no luck, he just simply bowed out of the chat conversation. So, I guess I'm stuck with rattling rear shocks. I thought Rough Country would be a more reputable company, and stand behind their product, but such wasn't the case. I guess you only get top-notch service if you order directly from them. I installed this kit on my wife’s truck. Was fairly simple and fit good. Made the truck look totally different. We have a couple hundred miles on it with no issues so far.
