Magnetic cabinet locks: The locks came in a very nice white item specific cardboard box. Inside, the locks where securely packaged with foam. The locks have several different parts which complicate the assembly slightly, but the installation is still fairly simple. They are well-made and low profile, so they are not bulky like some other locks. They also have the ability to be locked in the open position to provide for easy access when children are not around.

This is a great set of magnetic cabinet locks to help keep little ones and the dishes safe. They were easy to install and work well. I am pleased with this product.

First off, the instruction could have been better. It took me awhile to figure out exactly how these get installed. I'm not sure about the whole magnet system to unlock them so you can open the cabinet. This means I will need to keep track of the "magnet lock key" at all times so I can get into my cabinets. They did provide 2 of those. Then you will also have to be close when placing the magnet over the lock so that it does unlock. Definitely will keep curious little hands from opening the cabinets, just not sure how convenient it is going to be versus the old kind of cabinet locks you could open a little and just press the plastic catch down to release.

As my toddler is getting more mobile, and smarter with baby locks, I’m needing more of these hidden magnetic ones. The guide mounts it comes with make install so quick and easy. The adhesive is super strong so I know it isn’t going anywhere. After installing one of them, I considered moving it slightly over to the right, but since the adhesive is so strong, I had no choice but to keep it there unless I wanted to make the lock unusable by pulling apart the adhesive strip, and grab a fresh lock out of the box, so I had to leave it. So be extra sure of your placement when installing - it’s really hard to go back once it’s in place.

These were super easy to install with no drilling needed, although it did come with tiny screws if you want to go that route. We just use the adhesive and it works extremely well. There is a bit of a learning curve, but once you figure out how to line it up it's super easy. The magnet is very strong! We leave it on our fridge, but it comes with a holder that you can install anywhere. The only downside is every now and then one of the cabinets will be closed but not locked .... Not sure how it happens, but about 80% of the time it works correctly.

My grandbaby is getting into everything now, so that means cabinet locks are a must! When I came across this I thought they were the coolest things. The magnets are such a great idea. They are very sturdy and magnets work great. It came when so many and super easy to install. I also love that it give you little stickers to show when the lock it so it is easy to find. Highly recommend!
