  • Mounted Bracket Makes it Easy to Hook Straps
Was able to get the Rachet Straps to work in the back rack of my F-250 Ford. Straps are easy to install with a few screws, but because the holes did not line up it was a little more difficult with the F-250. Strap is very easy to use and extremely convenient being mounted in the bed of the truck. Easy to deploy, hook and tighten -- and straps rewind when released. Quality materials. Hook is heavier duty with a quality spring to close the hook. Nylon Strap is flexible, 10 ft long, and very strong. Easy to tighten the strap for use. Push the yellow button, extend the strap, hook it on the opposite backet and tighten the strap --- 1-2-3 done. The variety of places to hook the strap on the bracket is the best part of this system. Pull it across the load you are trying to secure and hooking takes seconds on the opposite bracket. Nice product -- only wish it was a better fit on my F-250. ... show more

  • Convenient straps that are worth the money
I mounted these retractable ratchet straps in the bed rail system of my Tacoma and they are a handy upgrade over loose tie down straps. Installation was quick since they slide right into the factory rail system and lock in place without drilling. The swivel ratchet head is a nice feature because it lets you tighten the strap from different angles depending on the load. The retractable design keeps the straps neat and prevents the usual mess of tangled straps rolling around in the truck bed. The straps feel reasonably strong for typical cargo like coolers tool boxes or camping gear and the metal brackets look durable with a rust resistant finish. The working load rating is not meant for extremely heavy equipment but it is more than enough for normal truck use. The quick release button makes it easy to loosen and retract the strap after unloading. Overall the quality seems good for an accessory like this and it makes securing cargo faster and more organized which makes it a good value for truck owners. ... show more

  • Great Concept, Poor Execution
Simple installment, ease of use, and sleek aesthetic make this a great concept, but the product failed and broke on the first time use by a wooden cabinet (meaning I was not pushing the limits of it's intended use). The part that broke is plastic, obviously the 1200LBs break strength is referring to the metal hook and straps. Anyone knows that sharp abrasion over time can weaken any rope or strap. I provided photos for reference You can see the broken strap on the left is the plastic casing/opening. This item could have performed perfectly with a broken lip, but I was not going to take the chance. I usually do not leave reviews but because I was skeptical about the product initially and not enough reviews were create at the time of purchase (Jan 2026 with 13 global reviews at 4.8 stars). I wanted others to make the informed decision that maybe mine was a singular issue and not an overall flaw, but plastic on a product rated for 1200lbs is ambitious. ... show more

  • Clean, Convenient Tie Down Upgrade for Tundra Beds with Rails
These rotating retractable ratchet straps are a smart and well designed upgrade for my 2014 1794 Tundra. They fit perfectly into the factory bed rail system with no drilling required, and installation only takes a few minutes. Once mounted, they feel solid and secure, with no rattling or looseness. The auto retract feature is the real win here. Pressing the button neatly pulls the strap back in, keeping the bed organized and free of tangled straps. The 360° swivel ratchet head is another standout it makes securing loads much easier, especially when anchoring items at awkward angles and items with different shapes and forms. I can put my old orange ratchet straps to better use or just retire them in general as I don't need to carry them around anymore. Build quality is impressive for the size. The straps feel thick and durable, the ratchet mechanism is smooth, and the steel brackets look like they’ll hold up well against weather and regular use. They’ve handled typical hauling needs without issue and inspire confidence for everyday truck tasks. They do come with an Allen Key which I did not have to use, so I must assume other bed rail systems do require an allen key to install. The installation on my 2014 2794 Tundra was tool free and it only took 10 mins that including removing existing hardware to be able to slide the anchors in. Overall, these are a practical, clean looking solution for anyone who regularly hauls gear and wants quick access without the mess of loose straps. Simple install, thoughtful features, and solid performance make them a great accessory for Tundra owners who have the bed rails installed. ... show more
