The company made it right!! Apparently Amazon packaged it incorrectly & the wrong item was in the correct box!! Thank you so much for your prompt attention & care! It is greatly appreciated!! UPDATED!! 5 stars!⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Didn’t work in my Maker- unable to detect & no button on top to quickswap the 2 scoring tips. The picture didn’t even match the product. Unfortunately, I’m past my 30 days to return since I went on vacation prior to opening and testing it.

When I received this tip, I thought I must be doing something wrong because try as I might, the tip wouldn't seat properly on the quick-swap housing. Once it was almost seated, it was on so tight that it was difficult to remove (jammed). I contacted the seller stating that I might have received a bad unit and sent videos of my attempt to install and remove it (also that without unlocking the tip, I could still pull it off of the housing). The seller basically stated that it was 100% compatible with genuine Cricut quick-swap housing and the issue was likely due to my having a non-OEM housing (true, it was a 3rd party housing). Since I couldn't convince the seller that it was defective and get him to offer a replacement, I returned this tip and ordered a genuine Cricut tip for only a few dollars more. The new OEM tip fit the housing perfectly.
