  • It's Rosle
Style: Zester Size: 6.3"
If you're looking at this, you're probably looking at high end cooking (or bar I suppose) gadgets. I have a few Rosle things, and they're all gorgeous, well made, heavy, and work like a champ, though sometimes you have to get used to using them! (their tongs are weird but awesome, for example.) Fortunately, this thing is as simple as it comes, scrapes great small or larger zest strips. If you have the money to spend and enjoy quality gear, you won't be disappointed. If you're on a budget, there's a million options that will work well and be far less expensive, but rosle stuff is just so damn cool. ... show more

  • A forever tool
Style: Zester Size: 6.3"
Rösle quality will outlast the dozens of lesser quality clones in your kitchen tool kit. This is a buy it once lifetime tool that never disappoints.

  • Very good hand tool!
Style: Citrus Juicer Size: 6.7"
The working end of this reamer is wide enough to do the job well without having to move the thing to several different spots within the lemon in order to get all the juice out. Would have liked it to be even a bit wider and 'taller', but this is way better than most of the newer tools I've found on the market recently. When my old wooden one began to split , I wanted something the same shape, but out of stainless steel or some other sturdy material. And I did NOT want one made in China. Not sure if where this one is made, as so many labels are deceptive now. But it is good quality, so I'm satisfied. ... show more

  • Does a fantastic job!
Style: Citrus Juicer Size: 6.7"
We have an old OXO Good Grips wavy blade reamer which works well enough if you're squeezing one lemon and have a bit of time, but since I have a serious addiction or lemon desserts (lemon curd, lemon pudding cake, lemon squares) and lime drinks in the summer, I was looking for something which would do the job quickly and efficiently without too much fuss (we have a Breville citrus juicer but don't keep it on the counter since we have limited space- it gets used only for marathon juicing sessions). I remember using a wooden reamer as a child and it wasn't very good at all, but being a big Rosle fan I thought I'd give it a shot. I was pleasantly surprised as it really does do a great job. A big pro for me is that it's stainless and plastic, so unlike aluminum reamers, it can go into the dishwasher. ... show more

  • Usage
Style: Citrus Juicer Size: 6.7"
Juices lemons and limes quite well. The handle is solid, high quality. It is easy to clean the reaming part as well. Seems like a lot to pay, but this should last decades in my opinion.

  • This is Da Kine muddler
Style: Fruit Muddle/Caipirinha Pestle Size: 6.5"
I've had one of these for years. Best I've ever used for making Caipirinhas. The concave waffled face lets me easily extract the oils from the skin. Bought this one as a Christmas gift for my son, so I don't have to pack mine when we go to visit.

  • Best name, but why the switch to China?
Style: Citrus Juicer Size: 6.7"
I bought this nearly the same time I bought a Rosle Conical Colander. I have the same reservations. Is this German designed product as good as those manufactured in Deutschland? I hope so, as I'm concerned about the risk of reported poor manufacturing standards in China.

  • Functional yes but pricey for "Made in China"
Style: Citrus Juicer Size: 6.7"
Works better than my old technique (squeezing by hand). But at this price, I expected "Made in USA" or "Made in Germany". Instead the dam thing has plenty of german sounding words on its sticker "Zitronen, GmBh, Markoberdorf etc etc". There is a separate sticker confirming "Made in China". No need to pay this much for a "German designed" + "Made in China" Citrus reamer. ... show more
