I love this bed! It was easy to put together, but I used my regular beans with it. I just stuck it inside the frame and did not use the slats. My bed was missing parts. I spent about $15 buying screws, washers, and bolts to fit it. There was really no way to contact the seller. It sits very low of the floor (4inches), and I thought it looked better with the bed frame I had since it raised the mattress up some. All in. all, I’m very pleased with the results. I read many reviews of this bed so I knew what I was getting for the most part. I kept in mind it’s a $200 bed, so my expectations were low. Honestly I was surprised at the quality of the headboard. It’s great, and almost comparable to my pottery barn chesterfield headboard - truly. It does have that strange, chemical smell just like everyone has mentioned. It’s not terrible, but it does make the whole room smell like that. It’s not great, but I’m sure it will dissipate here in the future. Just know that it is very apparent so if that bothers you, don’t buy this product. I have a platform bed, so if you have one of those, just know that it won’t look quite as good as if you had a box spring/mattress. But it works (see pics). The disappointing feature in this bed is the side boards. They are small and very low, so they don’t cover much of the platform or mattress, and just look cheap. This is why it doesn’t get perfect 5 stars IMO. It’s fairly easy to assemble, but you’ll probs need 2 people to do it (at least for a king-sized bed). For $200, I think it’s a good buy. It makes the room look nice and it’s much better than spending over $2K for a name-brand bed (although, if I had the money right now, I would’ve bought that instead). So, bottom line, it works perfectly fine for what we need. Shipping was easy (arrived in a little over a week) and the deliver guys were friendly. No damage to the box (comes in a big box) and no damage to any of the parts and all the parts were there. Good buy for the money. ... show more

Before I order this bed I was all over Amazon searching checking reviews and I decided to give it a chance and I'm so happy I did. The bed was super easy to put together. Well my husband did it I just help a little 😅. It took him about 45 min or so to put it all together ❤️ and I'm so happy 😊. We been wanting a bed like this for so long but they were super expensive in the furniture stores. Buy it don't think it twice. The only thing that we don't like that much was that the mattress won't fit all the way to the headboard since is taller than the headboard. But just like 2 inches 🤪.that's why I'm giving it 4 stars 🌟. And they didn't deliver on my front porch as I requested. ... show more

Delivery was faster than expected at about a week. 2 guys unloaded it and even brought it into my living room for me. My husband unboxed it and after counting everything listed in the instructions he had this put together in about an hour. We are not using a box spring so we also added 1/2” plywood for extra stability. The bed frame seems to be good quality. The material is upholstery linen and absolutely beautiful in person. The headboard is adjustable and we have a 14” mattress on it. The headboard sits just on top of the mattress so there are no gaps to deal with. I had a similar bed frame before we upgrade to this king that cost 700$ this frame is same quality. Only time will tell if it’s going to last but it looks and feels like my previous more expensive bed frame. If I have any issues I’ll update this review. ... show more

The photos were deceptive - even at the lowest setting there is a gap between the bottom of the King size headboard and base which doesn't look as nice as the Zinus bed design where the two touch without a space at the lowest setting. Also, the the bed is very low to the ground by comparison with Zinus beds and there is zero storage space beneath. Finally the headboard screw stripped very quickly and became unusable after two headboard height adjustments. Overall the bed is great value for money in terms of overall look - the upholstered headboard is really nice - but be aware of the above aspects of the bed design. ... show more

I am shocked at the quality of this bed for the price of $200. My husband was even surprised. Product came in a very large and very heavy box. It was packed nice and tight and not one piece was damaged. We took everything out and took the pieces upstairs little at a time. It took my husband and I about 45 minutes to put it together. The instructions and assembly were fairly easy. It does have a slight chemical smell, but not overwhelming at all. Unless you have a very sensitive nose, I guess. The fabric looks and feels higher quality. The frame seems very sturdy. I read some reviews on the slats being cheap. I can kind of see that, however it comes with 12 feet for the four slats. Our very expensive bed prior to this only had 3. This bed is more sturdy than our $1500 previous bed frame that lasted only 2 years. I guess we will see how long this lasts, but we are very happy with this purchase. My husband even made the joke/hopefully not joke, that this will be the bed that lasts us 20 years. I hope it does, because I’m in love with it. It’s beautiful and will go nicely with pretty much any duvet I use (I change them out often) :-) and any type/color dresser/nightstands. if you are on the fence about buying this, in my honest opinion, I don’t believe you will be disappointed. ... show more
