I’ve been using the ROSELYNBOUTIQUE Derma Roller for a few weeks now, and I’m impressed with the results so far. The 540 microneedles (0.25mm) are the perfect size for a home treatment. I haven't used mine, but when I compared this 0.5mm dermaroller to my old 0.25mm dermaroller, the needles were shorter. I know half a millimeter isn't a large amount, but I purchased this one just for the longer needles because 0.25mm wasn't quite enough for what I needed. The box was labeled "0.5", so unless I received an 0.25mm one by mistake, I was a little disappointed to see this roller that was supposed to have needles twice as long as my old roller wound up having needles that were even smaller. So I might recommend that if you purchase this dermaroller, go up to the needle length above your preferred size.

My boyfriend has been using this in his hair since we got it and he said that it made a huge difference. If you have bald spots in your head, this is perfect to use and you can get like a growth oil and it’s going to fill the bald spots. It opens the pores!
