Side wheel cover snapped while in use causing derma roller wheel to bind up and lightly cut my face. Works well otherwise. Replace it every so often and you should be fine.

I bought a derma roller previously with 0.5mm and didn’t feel that it was penetrating deep enough to make a difference. This is the second derma roller I have purchased this time at 1mm after some quick research. What a game changer! From night 1 it was noticeably penetrating the pores and sections of skin on my face, my dimples even deepened after the first use. I did inevitably get skin burn because I was so excited about the immediate results I went back in a night later. Turns out once a week is recommended not once a day, lesson learned! I’ve been using the derma rollers for a little over 2 months now (for hair loss) and I feel like I’m starting to see some small baby hairs. I’ve also started using minoxidil and a rice water spray for a month which is supposed to help with hair loss. They say it could take 3 months to start seeing a difference so it may be too soon to tell, but I can say the hair loss hasn’t gotten any worse since using those products.
