I’m getting hairier as I age & it’s hard to pluck hair on my far cheeks below my chin where I can’t see well. I found this product gentle and eventually gets the hair but you have to work it in an area for a few min. I didn’t give it a 5, but I’m glad I bought it! It does great on soft fuzz.

I have had this type of shaver from another seller and it lasted over a year. This one quit after 2 weeks (the light comes on but the motor doesn't). The worst part is that I don't have the original packaging to return it. I ordered something different from somewhere else. I won't buy this again.
