This is a great product! I would recommend it for anyone looking to use it in medium sized areas, a bedroom or dorms. It helps get rid of allergens in the room while being able to put out a great smell if you use both features. I have multiple animals as well and it was safe for them to be around too. It makes no noise while it’s running! It’s cute and compact and being rounded, fits easily into most spaces and looks like a speaker. If you use the aroma therapy oils feature, you’ll need to just pull a small tab on top and pour it in, otherwise you can just put it somewhere and forget about it. Best money spent! Love that I can put oils in purifier. I can tell a slight difference in air quality. Don’t really smell the oils anymore, may have gone nose blind already. Have item set up in my bedroom. Can barely hear it running… when I put my hand on top of device a feel air vaguely. I sat a feather on top to try and measure the force of airflow and it didn’t move. I need a bigger one although my bedroom isn’t that large. This may be suitable for a bathroom or closet. ... show more

I bought this last December, recently it stopped working. It was past the return window, so I contacted the company. They graciously sent me a brand new one. Great customer service! If you’re having the same issue, don’t despair, just contact them.

I have used this air purifier for over a year now. I use it in my bedroom and I think the space may be too big for this purifier. I left it on consistently for the majority of the time I owned this product, changing the filter about every 3 months. I did not notice too much of a difference in the air quality (I wake up sneezing from allergens (ex. dust) and that has not consistently improved since using this product). A couple of weeks ago the purifier just gave out. The light repeatedly blinks when it is plugged in and I can't get it to work. A bit disappointing for a year and a half of use but it is pretty cheap so I can't expect too much. ... show more

The product works well when it stays on. It just recently began turning itself off. Now useless and return window conveniently closed days before problem started. It's now a paper weight. And has to invest more money in a different one. Do not recommend.
