This was one of the longest projects I've ever had to build. The directions weren't the greatest, so while I was assembling, I had to undo several pieces and reattach them which caused the cheap screws to strip. I had to take a couple trips to Home Depot for some replacement hardware throughout the process. When it came time to install the hydraulic pistons, I was double and triple checking the positioning of every component during assembly at this point. Well the brackets that hold the pistons were labeled backwards causing one of the pistons to get bent when lifting the bed. Of course once you remove the tin strapping that keeps them compressed during shipping and install, you can't get it back on. When I reached out to support, they had no idea what I was talking about. I sent pictures, item SKU, and part number, and they said they'll get 2 new ones sent out right away. I didn't want to wait, so I straightened the cylinder out with a torch and sledgehammer and recompressed it with a ratchet strap to reinstall. About a month later I received 2 shocks in the mail that looked like a lowering kit for a Harley rather than a lifting strut like what can be found under the back hatch of an SUV. Very strange experience. Whenever I sell this house, the bed is staying, I'm not going through this process again. Works great when we have guests stay over though. 🤷♂️

Lots of pieces but very study after assembled. Will deliver in 3 different boxes and Fed ex will probably deliver a few days apart. Once assembled you probably will never move it to another house due to all the small parts.

This is a beautiful piece of furniture and it's sturdy. It came well boxed and protected. It also came earlier than the estimated ship date by 2 weeks which made me happy. My husband was able to put it together mostly by himself in a few hours. Our adult son helped him get it up against the wall because the pieces are heavy. Please note that the middle 2 shelves on each side are NOT adjustable and there are a lot of places for screws so recommend you get some white wood stickers to cover. Also, it's a little hard to pull it open, but closes super easy. Love this!! Definitely recommend. We have a light that hangs down. Make sure you consider your space when opening and closing. We fortunately didn't have to change out our light. Great value

I purchased this bed in May 2024 for my spare room/office. The rooms in my house are roughly 8.5'x13' and I needed the space to be multifunctional. This Bed comes with an optional attached closet section, which I have put to use elsewhere in the house. The bed itself, once put together, is the perfect solution to my needs. It is easy to bring down and bring back up, requiring minimal effort to get set up in a hurry for guests. It also has storage cabinets above that I use to store pillows and comforters for guests, and leave the sheets on the bed, which is fully covered when out of use. Overall I have been very happy with it! I will note that the set up is best done with 2 people, and I hope you like puzzles, because the pieces were delivered in 4 very heavy boxes. The instructions are easy to follow, but there are a lot of separate pieces and not all boards were labeled, which added a bit of picture-product matching to get right. The holding and bolting was also very tedious as I put the majority of this bed together myself. It definitely requires the bolting to the wall for overall stability of pulling the bed out. Once put together it is really comfortable with the mattress I picked and is very sturdy and doesn't threaten to close when people roll or sit on the edge. I have had multiple guests stay on it and everyone says it's the most comfortable they've ever been sleeping on a pull out bed. Definitely a solid purchase for small spaces!!

Bed itself seems to work well. Assembly, particularly anchoring to the wall, was a nightmare. The included wall anchors are cheap garbage so I had to anchor into studs. Not a problem but I had to flip brackets on one side to point inward rather than outward. Made installation more complicated. Also there were multiple pieces of hardware straight up missing. Ultimately made 4 different trips to Lowe's to get all the right hardware pieces. Overall seems to work well even though assembly was very arduous and pieces were missing.
