It swings very easy. Probably good outdoors, but not as a bunk bed ladder DIY. We constructed a bunk and thought a rope ladder would be cool but this is not the most sturdy option. It reminds me more of childhood playground rope climbing adventures. So if that’s the purpose then it’s great.

The fasteners at the top are very sturdy and screw closed. I adjusted the knots in the rope to make the steps smaller for my young grandson. Using it to access the top bunk in an RV.

We used this product as a ladder for my grandson’s bunk bed. His previous bunk bed ladder broke and we needed a replacement. The metal ladders were way out of our price range so we thought why not try this ladder. It attached easily to the bunk bed and he loves it. It was at a great price. It is a strong and sturdy product and was a great fit for our needs.

This ladder works well for our indoor ninja gym space. We opted to hang the top by a single hook which allows it to spin and makes climbing it more challenging. The rope is sturdy and we like the simple aesthetic. This would fare well in an outdoor setting as well.
