I purchased my hammock in July of 2021. It did have an odor I could not tolerate. The seller told me it could be washed so I washed it. The odor was gone completely. I'm a bit OCD and the tassels were quite tangled but I fixed that. I have used this for 2 years. It is still like new. It is comfortable, it is beautiful, and it has held up very well. I have two places that I use it. One is on my covered porch, diagonally between two posts and one is out on a swing set frame in the backyard. When I am done with it I always bring it inside. I use heavy duty Carabiner clips and clip them in and out of heavy duty eye bolts. It is so simple to take in the house and bring back out. In the instructions they tell you not to leave it out in the weather. It is made of material and cotton and of course it will degrade over time outside. Mine is still like brand new and it has been used countless times. It's one of the best things I've purchased. The seller was wonderful. You will not regret this purchase.

Alone it's very comfortable, but if you add some blankets for cushion it's fantastic! I use this as my primary bed and I couldn't be happier with it. I've had it for a couple of months now and it seems very sturdy.

Beautiful hammock but unfortunately it won't work on my hammock frame. It does not come with chains, only ropes with clamps to secure the rope to. Sure it would work if you were using it between two trees. Not comfortable using that for fear the rope will come undone and person using it would fall. Unfortunately I will be returning it.

We originally had a hammock with top and bottom bar and I wasn’t a fan. We bought this as an alternative and it hasn’t disappointed. It’s great design with nice fabric. It dries quickly after a rain shower as there is no padding. Don’t let that fool you though, this is very comfortable. I may have even dozed off in it once! Can be used for laying out or even sitting in it as a swing chair. I would recommend

This is a super cute hammock. Originally I bought it for outdoors but it was too long for my 10 foot stand. I decided to put it in my bedroom on eyebolts in studs. It’s perfect. The only thing I don’t like is a faint smell but I’m hoping it will fade.
