I checked these levels against a trusted one and the 45°/90°/180° indicators were accurate. The magnetic strips weren't as strong as expected and the level does not hold well on vertical surfaces. The product description makes reference to 'mini ruler' but there are no measurements on these torpedo levels. It's lightweight and cheaply made. The level differs if you flip it 180 degrees. It's still within the lines but it's off enough that it's just not good enough. The body is made with lightweight plastic and the aluminum trim is very thin. Definitely wouldn't use this to level something critical.

It seems sturdy enough, despite the VERY light weight feel of this that actually makes me slightly nervous. I used it to hang a mirror with a stainless steel frame so I don't know how well the magnet works. It definitely worked to get it level, so that's a plus. I haven't tested the other angles yet, but horizontal was dead on. I also like the high vis orange, makes it easier to find, and I always lose things like this. Perfect for a diy'er looking for a small, easy to keep ahold of, and quality.
