These are for all the paperwork, reminders and shopping lists on my refrigerator. I used the round plastic stickers that came with them to prevent scratching even though they weren't needed; I tried one without the sticker and found out my fridge's white pebbled surface is scratch-proof. The magnets are really powerful, too. They hold up as many sheets of paper as you can get into the clip, without sliding downward at all. I saved one to use by our recycling bins in the garage so I can separate the steel from the aluminum cans, jar lids, etc. (aluminum is not attracted to a magnet but steel is).

He's work as expected and do make great refrigerator magnets. You just can't put a whole lot of weight on them or they start to drag down any kind of magnetic board. You're strong enough to use but not the strongest magnet. These arrived in a box all clunked together, which is fine but the box was a little beat up. These are easy to use and if you're looking for something to hold, pictures or drawings or similar on your fridge or a magnetic board, this will do the trick.

These magnets are solid, hold strong, and seem to be very well built. They are made of metal, which I really like. They have a much stronger hold than those cheap, thin, novelty refrigerator magnets. They also have a small footprint, so if you want to post something too heavy for the magnet, you can use an additional magnet without obscuring much of the thing you are posting. Plus, if you use the built-in clips, you would obscure almost none of the thing you are posting. The only thing I find odd is the little protective “stickers” that come with them. You can apply the stickers to the magnets to prevent them from scratching the fridge. The stickers are oversized, so no need to be precise— just apply, then cut off the overhang. Nice idea, but it begs a question: why aren’t the sticks pre-applied? I didn’t even notice them in the bottom of the box until days after I’d started using some of the magnets (the rest of the magnets, which were still in the box, were on top of the stickers). Better yet, why not design a rubber lip or something on the magnets to prevent scratching in the first place? That said, the magnets did not scratch my stainless fridge even without the stickers, so maybe there’s not even a concern. Overall, a great product, but inspect them against the surface you will use them on first. If you think they might scratch that surface,’then apply the included stickers.
