  • Great product! Does exactly what its supposed to!
Size: Protect 8''-12'' speaker
First level 6db high pass filter. This is in effect a PASSIVE crossover and works EXACTLY as they should. Good product, good price! I used a pair of 150Hz and a pair of 600Hz filters on each of my two 2023 Broncos (2-door & 4-door) with the 7-speaker systems when I changed out all the speakers for Hertz Cento 4" and 6.5" in the 4-door soft top and Infinity Reference 4" and 6.5" in the 2-door hard top. The 4" dash speakers (no matter what brand) SHOULD NOT be trying to reproduce frequencies below 600Hz. I tried 150, 300 and 600Hz filters with the OEM, Hertz and Infinity speakers and I was getting distortion until I installed the 600Hz filters. Its also ridiculous to be wasting power trying to reproduce frequencies with teeny tiny speakers that are never going to reproduce those lower frequencies. I replaced both rear speaker pod sets with 6.5" MTI (4-door "raptor", Hertz Cento C165) and SSV (2-door, Infinity Reference coax) using 150Hz filters. First, its not reasonable to expect 6.5" speakers to reproduce frequencies below the low 100Hz's, so again, why waste power trying to reproduce frequencies the speakers can't? Second, the "low pass" on the OEM subwoofer is about 150Hz, so this is reasonably close to the frequency you'd want to set your cross-over point between the sub and rear pod speakers to in the first place. I didn't use filters on the kick panel speakers of the 2-door and retained the OEM speakers because I couldn't justify the added expense. Upgrading them does make a difference, just not enough for me with this particular vehicle. I DID replace the kick panel speakers with Hertz Cento C165 6.5" speakers but without filters on the 4-door. Now, AFTER all this with the 4-door, I started over and installed an active amplified dsp system. Same Hertz Cento speakers, Musway M5, P2, DS18 8" subwoofer and a lot of misc pieces and parts. Besides the days of time involved, this cost FOUR TIMES the above and was only a very MINOR improvement, unnoticeable to the overwhelming majority of people. DO NOT let people con you! YOU WILL NOT get $2000+ worth of improvement over just replacing the speakers and adding the RonDexy filters! For a relatively small cost (compared to an active system), I got a 10x improvement in both of my Broncos! If I need these again, I'll definitely buy again! ... show more

  • Great sound
Size: Protect 8''-12'' speaker
I purchased the 150hz bass blockers and they were perfect for a nice balanced bass in my vehicle without distortion. Made a dramatic difference in the quality of the sound too. They were used on my stock 6.5” full range speakers and worked perfectly. There are two leads on each side of the bass blocker, but I discovered that the negative lead doesn’t even hook up to anything, so all you need to hook up is the white wire of the bass blocker in between the positive line going to speaker. ... show more

  • Works great
Size: Protect Tweeter
Normally, I stay with name brands never heard of this brand. gave it a try on my tweeters on my system. Works great.

  • Great bass blockers.
Size: Protect 6''-6.75'' Speaker
Used these on some 8” wake tower speakers after I added a sub. They do a great job filtering out the bass so the speakers don’t distort at higher volume. They’re small enough to tuck in next to the pods. Easy to use and cheap for what you get.

  • Works as should!
Size: Protect 8''-12'' speaker
Had this issue where my dash tweeters would have bass coming through them (thanks Toyota radio) I installed these and it increased my quality tenfold. My only issue is that I believe the wire is just a little too long it’s very hard to keep it clean.

  • Excellent
Size: Protect 6''X9'' Speaker
My music on my highs and mids improved big time once I installed these, takes out the crackle you get when your subs hit the low notes, my highs are screaming now

  • Good value
Size: Protect 8''-12'' speaker
Work great just like the more expensive ones and do not distort the speakers

  • Not for a amplified system
Size: Protect Tweeter
They work on a factory head unit but not on a amplified system. Blew my tweeters when I turned up the volume.
