Plugged in and installed withing 15 seconds, super easy and would recommend just for the convenience and simplicity of the install, worked great of my 6.5inch kickers in the front doors of my NBS 99 silverado,I must say though, that my original plan was the rockford fosgate punch series with seperate tweeters, but the terminals on the speaker were too large for this adapter but for every other speaker I've looked at, these work great ... show more

Perfect fit to install some new speakers to replace the old factory ones. 03 Chevy Silverado 2500HD needed new door speakers and these helped make the install easy without any cutting. Unplugged the old speakers, snapped these in place and they are a perfect fit. Matches the factory plug and makes a great connection to the new speakers. Would be nice if they cost less, but the amount of time you save with these by not having to cut and splice makes them worth the price. ... show more

I bought some JBL 6.5 door speakers for my older Silverado, and I was going to hardwire the speakers until someone mentioned they had these adapters. I was super excited, plus they were so easy to use, they fit the factory plug, and the prongs on the speakers perfectly. I didn’t have to cut any wiring, and the quality is outstanding. Trust me folks, see if they have these adapters for your vehicle cause it will make the job so much easier. Highly recommended. Sorry no photos but I already installed them. Not a suitable replacement if you have previously removed the factory harness connectors. I had previously put after market speakers in due to the factory speakers going out. When i did this i cut and spliced in the new leads. The aftermarket speakers were not that good and I came across a new set of factory speakers for a good price so i wanted to convert back. The connections simply did not fit the factory speakers. Since I work as an aviation electrician i was able to bust out a soldering iron for a suitable work around since the factory connectors were overpriced at $30 each. I think this product is the male type connector that converts the factory harness to easily run after market speakers. I wish i had them years ago before i cut the original connectors off.2008 Gmc sierra ... show more
