The fit is perfect, these fit nicely inside my window sill frames. The seller confirmed all my measurements prior to shipment. Install is super easy, bolt them up with one or two included screws and a spring mechanism locks them in place. Taking them down is just as easy, push in, hear the click and pull down from the back of the shades. These shades go up and down with ease, stop them anywhere up or and down or in-between and they stay. We live in Alaska and there are many months with nothing but daylight, and these block out the sun with just a little light bleeding from the edges. I was so eager for these blinds to arrive. The beige is a wonderful light beige color! Exactly what I was looking for. For photo reference, our walls are white. Blinds hold their tension fairly well. I think all roller blinds are sort of finicky until they settle and stay put. But overall at this price point, very happy with the material and ease of install. ... show more

I got the SILVER GRAY color. These are good (heavy) quality and I think they will do the job for my very bright morning to afternoon windows that were very difficult to control the blinding sunlight coming into my office when I'm working at my desk. They were packaged VERY well (obvi from China) and the material itself looks nice and has a nice texture to it (not just flat vinyl which can look cheap). The installation was a breeze, but be careful of the cheap screws that are included if you are using a power drill to install into solid wood - it is essential to drill some pilot holes first. The pull down/push up mechanism works well overall, but sometimes the blinds start to creep up a bit on their own - in other words they don't always lock into place. I'm hoping it's just because the mechanism is tight when they are new and over time they will always stay in place. Very easy and custom sizing worked out, even though there is still a small 1/3" space on either side that lets some small amount of light in. Overall, great VALUE for the money as custom like this from any of the big brand names would costs thousands more! ... show more
