Easy to assemble, easy for my father-in-law to use and most importantly very stable. The brake function works perfectly to lock the unit in place when sitting down or transitioning down a stair or over an object and not wanting it to roll away as its used for support to step over the object. He had a different one but it would not work for him as he is 6ft tall, and he walked hunched over. This has adjustments on the wheels and handles for height and can be effortlessly tailored for a persons preference. Its very easy to fold, simply pull the material handle that is on the seat and it folds up very simply. Fits in the back of a sedan without issue and it flattens when folded. When setting it back up its very simple, just push down on both ends of the seat and you will hear an audible click that the unit is locked open. The seat is very nice, wide enough for a larger person, cushioned and very stable. It has a compartment area for storage which is also a very nice feature. The paint and finish is very well done, the wheels are rubber and not solid so they have some cushioning over surfaces but are also large enough to handle grass, gravel and other terrain. Overall this is an exceptionally well built item.

This rollator was sturdy and well made and assembled fairly quickly. I had a few design issues with it. I have arthritis in my hands and the "umbrella button" adjustments on the handles and legs are almost impossible for me. I am 5' 7" and had the adjustments at the shortest point, so I would only have to do that once. If you are taller, you might be asked to collapse the wheels and handles when you check the rollator at the airplane desk to go into the belly of the airplane. (A walking aid is not considered luggage, so you don't pay extra.) It would be awkward to ask other people to do it for you, especially if there is a line. Suggest you buy a bag to put the rollator in so the airline doesn't scratch it, or get the wires caught on something. The back is permanently attached to the handles, so when the handles go up the back goes up and can end up closer to your shoulder blades rather than the small of your back. One screw on the back broke off when I was tightening it. I have suction cups on my cane so the bottom of the cane holder was useless. A hex wrench is required to loosen the cane holder to rotate it. Many seniors don't have those laying around. When you fold it, there is no way to hold it together and the sides have a tendency to drift apart. The rollator worked well on level surfaces. I ended up returning it because of the weight and bulkiness. It is 17.5 lbs, but you don't realize how heavy that is until you try to get it up and down stairs. I am going to Europe and there will be many walking tours. I figured a rollator with a seat is the only way I can survive those. There will be stairs, many without handrails, and cobblestone streets. I ordered the three wheel Walk Mate, which is 10.6 lbs. and much less bulky. I'll review that when I get it.

I bought this to help out with some temporary balance issues. The big soft wheels let me comfortably go all over my hilly yard, my vegetable garden, and also allows me to take to my rough neighborhood streets for long walks. I even took it to a huge beer festival located on a hilly rough outside area, and walked around several miles over an entire afternoon. I was able to walk and rest and enjoy the festival because of this unit. So far, this rollator has helped me to over a mile and a half on daily walks through my neighborhood, and hopefully further! I am between 5’7” and 5’8” tall and about 145 lbs, but have long legs and a shorter body. I didn’t really need a “taller” persons’ rollator, but this turned out perfect for me! I had used my mother’s normal sized one, and had felt bent over. Not with this one. My hands rest right near my waist, my bottom rests at a perfect height when I sit down, and in general I do appreciate the larger size of it. You WILL definitely notice it is larger just by looking at it. It does take up a bit more room than a normal sized one, but I find the comfort in use so much more worth the trade off! I will say that I do have it set at its lowest settings for the handlebars and the seat. If you are much shorter than me, or have shorter legs, this may not be the best choice for you. I think the reason the seat height works is because of my leg length, and it could be a less comfortable reach for someone with shorter legs. I do love this rollator. But, the only con I can give it is the trouble it takes to open it up from a closed position. It closes up quite nicely and tightly. To open it, you have to spread not only both the top handlebars open, but then you have to use your feet to separately spread the bottom front wheels apart. It still doesn’t just pop open all the way. At least on mine, in order to open it fully and to be able to safely use it, I have to actually sit down on it. At that point you can hear it click into place, and you are ready to go. For me, a relatively small price to pay, but this could be difficult for some to do every time you open it up. Closing it, however, it very easy! You just pull up on a red strip of webbing on the seat, and the unit quickly comes together and neatly folds up. You can then use the wheels in the folded position to move the unit to wherever you plan to store it, and then use its’ levers to lock it in place. All in all, a great choice for me!

This tall walker is perfect for my husband. I wasn't hard to assemble. One thing I would want people to know is that you have to adjust the tension on the lock. It was too hard for us to lock until our son in law thought to loosen the tension on each side and now we can lock it easily.

This is a wonderful product, but their technical/product support does not exist. I am having problems with the seat not locking, and the handlebar grippers are starting to wear out. I have been trying for 6 months to get help. They asked me to send a video and a photo, which I did send them. I have heard nothing. There is no way to contact them, even though their website says it is readily available.

You don't even need to read the instructions, I had it put together in under 15 minutes and it is everything my husband needs to get around the house. The brakes are great, they hold perfectly. The wheels go over everything, we have a mixture of carpeting and stone floors in our home and other walkers would get hung up on the irregularities in the stone, this just glides over everything and it turns on a dime without any effort. It goes in and out of all our rooms except the bathroom, which are notorious for having smaller door ways, but it pulled up in the middle of the seat to accommodate those doors as well. It is extremely stable and very well built. We do not travel with this walker as it is a bit heavy for me to load and unload into a car. It does not have any way to close it up and keep it closed, I'm sure a strip of hook and loop would work if you wanted to travel with it. All in all it is a great product and very user friendly.
