But extremely comfortable to sleep on. I dont find myself tossing anf turning trying to get comfortable anymore. I go to sleep quickly, and stay asleep, and feel like i slept when i wake up. Its also roomier than my previous twin bed which was the primary reason for purchasing a full size. Also the dog and kitties approve.

I was honestly about to find a way to send it back then I saw online on their help page that if the place is cold then I need to use a space heater to heater up the room. It's been three weeks with the space heater on all day everyday and all I got 9.5 inches depending on where I measure on the bed. I even think my space heater just broke from the use, this is the most I ever used it. At this point an not to happy. Some areas are firm and some are soft and these are the areas that I see have not fully expanded as yet. Overall it looks good though. It is usable so I will give it a 3 stars but it took 3 weeks for this result and broke my space heater so 2 stars. Update: The seller saw my post and gave me a full refund. I just saw the email message from Amazon. I was pleasantly surprised. It's been about a month or two since I have been sleeping on the bed. And I have to upgrade my rating to 4 stars. The mattress is very comfortable. And I can see from looking at it it has filled out in more areas. I have really enjoyed sleeping on it. I tend to stay in bed a lot longer these days. I have not remeasured the bed. At this point I will assume with time and use it will either get fully to 10 inches all over and properly full all areas out ot it will not. But where it matters I have been sleeping on it and I have no complaints. There is no smell, the mattress has definitely gotten larger from looking at it when am tucking my sheets. And to be honest for a bed in the box first time buyer this was a great experience. I think the setup design is easy just unbox and it self inflates is clever. I will definitely buy this product again. I am willing to spend my money with sellers that care about the customers experience with their products despite any initial negative experiences I have had in the past. I strongly recommend buying this product. Again, the mattress is very comfortable. I wake daily feeling well rested, it has been a while since I have slep this good. Besides I really enjoy looking at my mattress between changing the sheets. The design is beautiful and that's why I picked it anyway. I want to give it 5 stars but 4 to 4.5 upgrade is better at this time. The seller gets 5 stars for seeing my post and giving a refund. The product gets a solid 4 stars becuase I love it very much now. My initial experience to me still does matter as that is part of the experience with my purchase. Perhaps it inflates better in warmer months. That aside, I love the mattress. Also when I move around on one side of the bed the other side does not move, if that matters. So yes it's geat.

This arrived in a box you wouldn’t think could fit a twin mattress. We opened it and spread out the tighly wrapped mattress. The mattress started to expand as it took in air, and once that process was over…VOILA! very comfy mattress!

I opened it up to see why it protrudes out and uneven, the memory foam is 1inch and the mattress can take 2inch, which is why it's hollow between the pillow top and the springs, when there's nothing filling the space between the pillow top and the springs it will protrude out. The springs are okay but that 1inch memory foam is squished in and it's not expanding from the damage of being in the box, for $50 per mattress they could have just delivered the mattress without flattening it and stuffing it in a box.
