This bed was very easy to put together and it really takes no time at all. I did it with 2 toddlers in the room with me, and it still didn't take all that long. I think the second one took about half an hour once the kids settled in the front room. The lights are a lot of fun and the kids love them. I like the different settings and how you can adjust the speed of the lights as well. The only thing I didn't like about the lights is that no where in the instructions does it tell you to plug in the USB on the back of the headboard to the top section of plug-ins. Granted, looking back on that it made a lot of sense to just assume that's what you're supposed to do. The only main complaint I had is similar to everyone else's: the drawers are not on tracks. HOWEVER, I don't recall anyone mentioning there is a sort of 'locking' device on the drawers, so that kind of resolves the issue of no track for me. Overall, I would give this a 5-Star Rating and would definitely buy it again. Very happy with my 2 bed frames I purchased. No missing pieces, nothing broken. ... show more

So when my wife said she'd ordered another furniture item from Amazon, it was the typical eyeball-rolling reaction from me. Usually they're weak, have poor instructions, and are generally a waste of money. This bed frame- for my teenaged daughter- was quite a different experience. The construction is rugged, the mechanical design is well-thought out, and executed perfectly. The instructions are almost perfect, with no ambiguity at all. The under-bed drawers seem rather flimsy as individual components, but when put together are rigid and durable. The only issue- and it's a minor one at that- is the drawers roll on the floor. In a room with thick carpeting, the bed will settle while the drawers will not, so that the drawers sit slightly higher than the "latch" in the bed frame, allowing them to come unlatched occasionally. The rollers on the drawers also don't roll well over carpet. However, if you're on a wood or otherwise flat floor, this will not be an issue. That being said, this issue is not a design or execution flaw of the manufacturer, only my own house, so I will leave it at 5 stars. IF my daughter ever gets her own place, this will continue to serve her well. This is the quality of product you want to buy for your kids, so they'll be able to use it when they sprout their wings. My 15-year old son found this bed frame and convinced me to buy it so he could redecorate his room. It arrived before I got home from work and he had it unboxed and partially assembled very quickly. The directions were reasonably helpful and the parts assembled fairly easily. I only had to help by holding the rails as he finalized the assembly. For the money, this seems to be a decent quality. The shipping seemed a little steep for the size of the box this bed frame comes in, but that’s a petty issue since I didn’t have to go out and drag it home. Overall, I think this will hold up for at least a few years, and I will be happy with that outcome. This is not a heavy duty or a super high quality piece of furniture. ... show more

The bed is sturdy and looks just like the picture. The only thing that bothers me is how easily the drawers come out. The drawers are on wheels and if you brush against the side or corner they’ll come out. Otherwise the bed is great.

gave this three out of five stars due to the wooden support slats. Other models I've put together have metal bars to support the mattress, while this model has somewhat flimsy wooden slats. This doesnt seem particularly sturdy. Overall the bed frame is fine.

After putting it in my cart, I said "let me read some reviews." The main thing I saw was the lights....so when mine got here, I plugged those in first. They didn't work at first...but I see they need a block to plug in wall. So far so good!
