The bed frame is very sturdy, was easy to set up, the height of it is perfect for me, I would say it’s also great for a kid, the LED lights came already on all I had to do was plug it in. Got for my pre teen son. He picked it out and loves the light features and the diamonds. Looks stylish, but not girly. The lights change all diffent colors, easy to turn on and off. The plug in at the top of the bed makes it convienent for charging his cell phone. The size is good and assembly took a few hours. Bed is study, has held up to him occasionally jumping into/on it. Dark gray color is nice and material is sort.

As a "Modern Martha" who values both style and function, I had high hopes for the Rolanstar Queen Bed Frame with LED Lights. I’m giving it a firm 4 stars—it would have been a 5-star "Gold Standard" if the electronics lived up to the aesthetics. The Evidence: • The Visuals: Once assembled, this bed is absolutely beautiful. The LED lights create a high-end, modern look that transformed my room. It feels sturdy and looks much more expensive than it was. • The "Crime Scene" Assembly: Be prepared—this took quite a long time to put together. Because of the intensive labor involved, I wasn't about to take it apart once it was finished, which brings me to the problem. • The Functionality Fail: The charger ports do not work. We didn't realize it until the very end. Amazon diverted me to a third-party seller who never got back to me. It was a choice between a total teardown/return or just taking the loss. I chose the latter because the bed itself is so lovely. The Verdict: If you’re buying this purely for the furniture, you’ll love the look. But if you’re counting on those charger ports, it’s a gamble.
