Well one customer complained about a fitting not lining up properly on rolling basket. I found it was easily fixed with light pressure with a wrench. I did find that the down the middle brace was directional, which could have easily been marked with an up down sticker and was not marked

I am so happy with this product! The hardest part of assembly were the bins but everything is so sturdy. The bins are a generous size. Even though they are less wide than the bed itself, we find them to be sufficient. I also love the foam pieces that alleviate any metal on metal so there is no squeaking sound. This queen bed frame with rattan baskets that fit under the frame for storage is really well designed, well made and EZ to assemble! There is more than a foot of space under the frame for more storage beyond the two rattan baskets. We are using the bed in a small guest apt. with a small bedroom, and only one closet in a hallway between living room and bedroom, so storage space under the bed frame is a big plus! We bought the queen mattress from Costco, but the 'foundation' as they call it was $179. That would rest on a low frame, allowing very little storage space, and also adding to the total cost of the set. This package with the frame and rattan baskets was only $149 with free shipping from Amazon Prime! Really a great product at a very reasonable price, for sure!! jon ... show more
