The led lights, which are a main feature, broke after the first time using them. Turned them on and they worked, but next day they were stuck on flashing, bright white lights. This is seizure inducing! The LEDs are cheap. Nothing should be cheap in this tv stand considering the price, and you can do better for cheaper. I bought the electronic protection plan, which I suggest you do if you really want this. According to reviews, which I did not get all the way thru before I bought this, the LED lights are a problem. They are cheap! This unit is too complicated and cumbersome to take apart and return for Led lights, which I bet the company banks on. They lure you in with a feature they know is inferior and is going to break, but you have the unit together with a tv on it already so not much you can do. This is terrible since they know from reviews there is an ongoing problem. 3/18 UPDATE The reviews on bad customer service or unresponsive customer service is not what I found to be true. As a matter of fact, they reached out to me and offered to replace the lights free of charge. I increased my stars because customer service is important. This is a nice sturdy, heavy unit, but its main attraction, the lights, should work. I am impressed with their customer service and have bought other pieces from them.

The entertainment station looks amazing and was very easy to put together. I did have a problem with the lights and support was able to get it resolved quickly. Amazing experience all around.

Surprised at how sturdy this TV stand is, even matches all my other furniture from different brands. Pretty straight forward instructions. Gave it a 4 star because the longer LED strip wasn't long enough to be mounted under the glass panel (Part K) like it says to in the instructions so I ended up putting it under part B, but it still doesn't have quiet enough length to be mounted 100%. Also giving this a 4 star because both part A and B had a bow in then. They do straighten out after you tighten them down, but its still noticeable

Love this except that the blue lights don't work in part of the light strip. Messes with the aesthetics so that's why 3-star. Love color of the wood and 65" tv just fits. Update: great customer service, seller sent a new light strip and remote control at no cost to me. Lights are working great now. For some reason this remote only works if you are standing within a couple of feet from sensor that is in same place as the first sensor was. Not quite as convenient as operating from my chair but love the lights now. Just have to walk over to the tv stand to turn them on and off.
