I wanted a bag that I could easily transport from a parking lot out to the beach by myself. I am able to use this bag and still get my chair, my sunshade, and my beach bag without any trouble. it is plenty big enough for drinks and food. I have packed it full for 4 people. We use this cooler for our kids baseball games and have been really pleased. It keeps things really cold and while I’m not sure it’s entirely leakproof, it hasn’t caused a problem for us.

Good size for both drinks and food. I love the backpack idea because it allows me to carry on my back while I need my hands free. I just wished it came with a plastic inserted liner to hold shape better when not as full. I think it would also reinforce any possibility of future leaks
