It expand quicker then it said on the manual. Arrived sooner then expected. I love a fast delivery. Mattress is comfortable, it’s not to firm or to soft, to me it’s perfect. The cover on the mattress is soft and easy to remove to clean. At first didn’t think i got the right size but once it began expanding the shape retention was correct and perfect. Update: the seller did reach out to me so without going into details, if you’re unsure, I would recommend contacting the seller because they might be able to recommend either something different or what you’re looking at. I definitely know they will reach out to you. It’s definitely plush, not sure about the medium part, does keep the body cool. I sleep good on it. I don’t have any issues with sleeping anymore. It is very comfortable and it definitely surrounds your body. I sleep on my side all the time if that makes a difference and I notice sometimes depending on how I place my legs, one of my legs will get uncomfortable and also notice not sure if it’s the mattress but during the day if I do walking a lot it kind of feels like there’s a pinched nerve in my lower back, running down my leg and I’ve never had that problem before so I assume it’s the mattress yet you know what they say about assume. Anyway, in my opinion, if you don’t like plush, you won’t like this mattress. So pending on the person’s preference it is definitely a five star mattress and worth the money so I’m not really sure how to rate it hence the three stars. As for the smell, I didn’t really notice anything and my cat obviously didn’t have any issues because the instant I took it out of the package he was right there on it. He loved it. This mattress is super comfortable. I got it for my 2 year old and I laid on it with him. Not too firm but not super soft either. I feel supported on it. It expanded in about 2 days. Have had it since Christmas and so far it's still holding great shape. Will be buying more for my teenage boys .
