The media could not be loaded. This is such a beautiful fireplace, I am very pleased on the whole project. Yes it is very much time consuming, but the instructions provided have been thoroughly informative with pictures to guide you, it is hard to not understand. The quality is solid, I feel confident it will be used for years to come. I will let you know my fireplace did come faulty, when powered on there was an E1 sensor lit on which I reached out to customer support where they immediately responded with steps to repair, which did not work so they rapidly sent me a replacement. The customer service team showed me this is a great company that values customer care and want to prove their quality is a priority.

The media could not be loaded. The Rolanstar Fireplace TV Stand is absolutely amazing! It took about 4 hours to put together, but the end result was totally worth it. The modern design, LED lights, and built-in fireplace add a cozy and stylish touch to my family room. While the description states it holds TVs up to 70 inches, I was pleasantly surprised that it also supports my 75-inch TV without any issues. The power outlets are a great addition for keeping everything organized. Overall, a fantastic purchase—I highly recommend it!

Gorgeous all around only problem was they send the same side door for both doors had to finagle it to work it work it's not perfect but better than waiting for new piece after it was half put together

The media could not be loaded. I’ve read a vast amount of reviews on this item, stating how it took people 4-5 hours to complete installing.. Honestly speaking, it actually took me 10 hours to put together, (12:00 P.M. 🕙 - 10:00 P.M. 🕙) only time I’d stop ✋ is to take a really quick bathroom 🚽 break… But, believe it or not, I actually had fun putting this project together all by myself… Only help I had was my nephew helping me remove my 60” TV 📺 off of my TV’s wall mount , but I placed the TV on my ‘Electric Fireplace 🔥 Entertainment Center’s’ TV mount by my self (P.S. I don’t recommend anyone doing this without help, cause you can actually crack your TV screen 📺, these TV panels or so thin nowadays…) Anyway, now to the features, I love 💕 the R.G.B lighting as well as the heater that needs to be installed from your second installation box 📦 Only thing I’m having problems with is my heater.. When I set my heater to lower temperatures such as.. 70 F (Fahrenheit) - 60 F (Fahrenheit), my heater completely shuts off.. But the higher temperatures work fine, such as.. 99 F (Fahrenheit) - 75 F (Fahrenheit).. Anyway, I love 💕 this futuristic piece of furniture.. I didn’t ordered the 59”(inch) Entertainment Center, I ordered the 67”(inch) for more tabletop space… (But it’s up to you, which version you want) It was worth the money 💰.. A+A+A+A+A+ Edit 1/31/25: ✍️ I’ve been having a really hard time with higher temperatures working but lower temperatures not working on my electric heater.. Basically: 99•F (Fahrenheit) - 75•F (Fahrenheit) work perfectly fine.. But… 70•F (Fahrenheit) - 60•F (Fahrenheit) doesn’t work at all. The electric heater won’t even start at those lower temperature's.. I’ve been calling and calling the company ‘Rolanstar’ phone 📱 number that makes these electric heater / entertainment centers, and I get no 👎 answer from the company.. So, I contacted Amazon and Amazon finally got the company to contact me through my Amazon messages. I already new ‘Rolanstar’ was a 3rd party company, when I purchased the item, so that wasn’t the problem, the problem was, ‘Rolanstar’ didn’t contact me, a 4th party seller/ company named ‘Homelly Direct’ contacted me instead, advising me to send them pictures of the issue, but in my case I couldn’t send pictures, only video evidence of the problem.. A picture wouldn’t explain the problems I was having, but a video would. Only thing is, Amazon messages don’t allow video files to be sent to sellers, cause video files are just too big to send through Amazon messages.. Videos seem to only work when writing ✍️ a review… I kept explaining that to the seller like a broken record, but the seller kept constantly asking me to upload a smaller video size to send to them, And of course it still didn’t work.. Anyway I contacted Amazon again, and I’ll receive a full refund for my issues.. Thanks 🙏 to Amazon.
