First off, it's adjustable, so if you like rearranging furniture or you move often, it's more likely you'll find a spot it fits in. Secondly, the lights are a lot of fun and there's a ton of options for color, brightness, style of light (flashing, changing), something for every mood. It's a little confusing to put together so pay attention to the steps in the instructions cause some things you can't do before others. It is pretty low to the ground but I was using it in a bedroom so that worked out well for me. Plenty of space to store all my gaming consols, movies, a storage cube (with misc electronics), and even after all that I still had some space for displaying collectables all with the tv sitting on top. Obviously, the more you have it extended the more you can store, but I was only using it about 3/4 of its full adjustability. Just make sure that if you do move it you separate the two L shaped panels from each other first as the hardware that secures them aren't super durable outside of keeping them from sliding apart.

I love this set & it's interchangeable features. I just found myself in a snag when I realized that my homes electrical sockets were to the left. Yet the sockets on the set, are on the right. Makes it difficult to place it where I want it. Other than that, was easy assembly (may need an extra hand), came with all the tools needed, great look & amazing price. This package was the best at being completely insulated so there was no damage to any boards at all. Lights were easy & look great. Now to mount it higher. *Need to buy your own brackets for that*

The TV stand is outstanding fit the parameters of the TV with no problems the only problem I had was with the shipping they banged a rip in the box and it caused a few bumps and bruises but all in all it's a fantastic fit to my living room

Initially, I requested to return the item. Then I decided to give it as a gift and put it together. Once it was put together, I loved it. The instructions were clear and the work easy. All parts clearly labeled, and all tools were provided. Love the lighting and the outlets that comes with the unit. All so love, love the multiple ways to display and use the pieces. I have already recommended this company to 2 family members, including the one to whom I was gifting the item to.
