Put it together myself in a little under 2 hours. It looks great and arrived quickly with no damage. Instructions were very simple. A second person would be helpful for some parts of the assembly but I managed fine on my own.

I purchased this bed in February (2024) and had it in storage for a few months before moving it into our new home in April of this year (2024). I got assembled perfectly, it is beautiful and exactly what we needed. It is now November (2024) and I had an issue where a weld broke causing the top bed to be unusable, I disassembled that part and have the mattresses double stacked on the trundle for now, but I messaged customer service yesterday to report the issue and see if there was anything that could be done, I provided details and pictures of what happened and asked if they could replace the damaged part, not only did they agree to replace the damaged part but because they didn’t have just that part in stock they offered to send a completely new bed in order to fix this issue. The customer care is absolutely top tier and I would definitely order from this seller again. ... show more
