Very cute decals. VERY hard to cut out! I see that the pattern makes it sell, because it’s so darn cute, but it’s VERY hard to get them cut out without destroying the one next to the one you want. That said, I did cut out each one, and stuck them to a light adhesive on a vinyl sheet inside a plastic sleeve in a photo album. That way I can easily get to what I want quickly and easily. No instructions with item; can't get off the card. No contact information. Read instructions on Amazon be for you buy. I guess you need to cut and soak in water. I did not have sissors or water when I tried to use them. I will try again.
