I'm so happy with the knife I bought one for my sister who his weakness in her arms due to a slipped disk in her neck; another one for my daughter, and 2 more for friends. I bought it just because it looked sort of cook, but it's more than cool, it's really awesome. My sister is beyond happy. Fantastic for cutting vegetables, especially the harder ones like sweet potatoes or carrots. Great for separating large quantities of meat. I was trying to use a serrated knife for cutting a bacon and egg sandwich. It was tearing it apart and then grabbed this. Cut it perfectly. Maybe I'm just too old now and get excited over little things, but I got really excited over this knife.

Fabulous for arthritic hands. Sharp blade, great for dicing/mincing veggies and meats. Dropped one star because the red handle is peeling and I’ll need to just scrub it all off to prevent flaking into food.

I bought this cleaver about 2 months ago, and I wish I would have bought it sooner. If you're reading these reviews for the same reason I did, to see if its sharp, I can tell you this is the sharpest cleaver I have ever used. I made the mistake of hanging it up next to the sink to dry and bumper my knuckles on it and it cut me with ease. My fault, not the cleaver, but I was shocked at how easily it cut me. That was the first night. After that I was much more careful and its cut my meat and vegetables with speed and precision ever since. This has good weight and balance and I highly recommend this cleaver as long as you are careful around it.

Razor sharp chef knife. My only issue was needing to get a magnetic knife bar to store it, as it doesn't have a sheath so it can be put in a drawer safely. Not really a problem since the bar is pretty handy anyway 😊
