The item arrived quickly and although the box was damaged the contents were securely protected and undamaged. The directions for assembly were via a QR code which accessed several helpful videos. Assembly time was about 20 minutes and other than the Allen wrench for the top shelf screws, no tools were required for assembly. I chose to use the supplied caster feet rather than the carpet spikes or rubber caps. The casters seem very well made. After loading it with my audio gear I decided one more shelf would have been nice and I just ordered one to expand the unit. I would definitely purchase this again. ... show more

Wow - what a disappointment. No included instructions, and one of the 2.5” posts is missing the thread on one side, making all four posts useless. NOT a happy camper.
