Has just enough power to push my Bose 601 speakers.Sounds great and Bluetooth works excellent if you have modern equipment but want to keep your old school speakers in action this is the answer

We recently dusted off my 46 year old turntable with the original amplifier receiver. The old amp bit the dust and had to be replaced. We purchased the Bluamp because it had the phono/RCA output that matched the connectors on the turntable. It works beautifully, and it is 1/4 the size of the original receiver I purchased in 1977. The remote control arrived broken and is unusable. We contacted Rockville and they immediately replaced it, albeit with the wrong remote control. We again contacted Rockville and they again replied immediately and we are currently waiting for the correct remote to be sent (it was backordered). The company is very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this receiver and company.

Purchase the amplifier to connect optical out of the TV to the amplifier to power stereo speakers. And using Nvidia sheild (Or roku, chromecast) for playing videos from Netflix & Amazon prime etc. When i use DTS, Dolby sounds, the speakers give a buzz sound because surround sound is not compatible. So i changed the settings in Nvidia shield to output stereo sound only. By making this, the buzz is gone and some apps are working and i can hear from the speakers. However when i use Netflix, Amazon prime, i get a warning of HDCP and nothing plays. Looks like the optical connection does not have capability of HDCP or HDCP handshake etc. I tried a NAD and Bose amplifier and do not have this issue of HDCP. So returning this. Writing a review so others are aware of what's working or not. I cannot comment on quality of sound etc because i did not test it enough.

Average sound but no bass and does not have sub woofer output. It does work if that’s all you want.

This amplifier is easy to use, and works perfectly with my two 8” polk audio RC80i speakers. I have this mounted for my outdoor patio. The sound is great and its pretty loud. I know if i had more powerful amp my speakers would put out more however in this small space its perfect. I also have my Tv connected to it using the optical port and i have no issues at all. Sound is great and there is no lag. Overall pleased especially for price.

This little amp has all of the features that I wanted. Everything works perfectly. It automatically detects the source and plays without needing to select it from menu. You can also easily select the source from the touchscreen display or remote. This amp has very good speaker terminals not the spring loaded type. The line out works with all sources. I’m using the line out for an input to powered computer speakers in another room. I’m very happy with the sound quality and features of this amp.
