I was skeptical about this purchase and decided to get a pair in black and brown while they were on sale. I have been wearing them daily for about the past 3 months. I have worn them for 10-12 hours a day and some days longer. The sole of these boots provide great comfort all day long. They do feel a bit heavy at first and quite stiff in the beginning. The toe protection adds noticeable weight to the front of the foot. I like the toe guard thought, it adds a good bit of grip when kneeling, I have used these for rope access as well with a secure fit and toe grab on overhangs. The black and brown will resist deep scuffs but will show wear as any boot will. The sole is holding up well even when exposed to oils, rough terrain, and consistently wet in standing water. I have not had this boot leak yet. A little cheaper than the Bates I bought last time, but a little bit more comfortable. I would probably order a half size smaller than my normal size boot next time.

These 6” steel toe Chelsea boots offer the perfect balance of safety and comfort. The oiled leather not only looks rugged and professional but is also incredibly durable. I wear them on long workdays, and the arch support is phenomenal, making a huge difference in comfort, especially during extended shifts. They’re super breathable, so my feet stay dry even in warmer environments, and the slip-on design is convenient for getting in and out quickly. The steel toe and EH rating give me peace of mind knowing I’m protected. Overall, these ROCKROOSTER boots are a fantastic investment – tough, comfortable, and built to last. These boots changed!!!!!! I bought a pair that lasted me 5 years! They were awesome. Super comfy. I could go for days and days. These new ones are different, in a bad way. I like the black sole but that's it. These are not like 'walking on a cloud' or 'I be gellin' like the others. I doubt I'll make a whole day of work without pain in these. My mistake for not returning within the return window. Bummer, now I have to start looking all over for a pair of safety toe boots that are comfortable. These have nothing.

I registered my Rockrooster purchase and they encouraged me to write a review if I was happy with my boots. It takes a little while to know if footwear is going to work out in the long run so I wanted to put a few miles on these things before I spoke up. They were a good deal during Prime day so I thought I'd take the chance. I'm glad I did. Even at normal price I'd say they're worth the money. I love these boots. I work in a car shop down in the south. I'm on my feet all day. It's hot. I got them a little big because my toes hurt if they don't have some wiggle room. They're super comfortable, my feet stay cool, and they don't slip on the various fluids that end up on the shop floor. A few weeks in and I can tell they're going to last a while. The steel toe makes them a little heavy, but I don't mind the tradeoff for protection. Five stars y'all!

The ROCKROOSTER Gammon Men's Slip-On Work Boots are okay overall. The steel toe and oiled leather make them sturdy, and they provide good arch support. They’re breathable and comfortable for short periods. However, I found that the boots rub against my foot, especially around the ankle area, which can get uncomfortable after extended wear. It might be a sizing or design issue, so keep that in mind when purchasing. If they fit your foot shape well, they could be a good choice, but they weren’t perfect for me.
