I needed to replace the Bose system in my car 06 Envoy. So I replaced the two front door speakers with the p 167 5 from Fosgate. Bypassed the factory amp and replaced it with the are two three hundred amp from Fosgate. Not a lot of money to spend but what a difference in sound quality. So anyone looking to improve their sound system on the cheap you should really look Fosgate amps and speakers. You will be amazed. ... show more

Rockford Fosgate has really done an awesome job in the design of these amplifiers. I have this one running a total of 6 speakers. Two 6.5", two 6"x9" and two 3.5" Rockford Fosgate component speakers. So it's running two speakers at a 4 ohm load and four speakers at a 2 ohm load. I have a 50 mile one way commute and after listening for that amount of time (approximately 1.5 hours) the amp isn't even warm to the touch. I design electronics and I must say the thermal dissipation for these class D amps is phenomenal. Very much worth the price for the quality. ... show more

What can I say? Well it’s just as advertised and works great! I’m using it to power 4 door speakers, which all of them are great aftermarket speakers and sound so much better with a little power going to them.
