I like the look of the rack. It seems to be made of very sturdy materials. It came unscratched and everything that needed to be there was there. It took some time because it's adjustable, so there is some tightening and loosening multiple times until it is positioned just right, and then everything is tightened. I did slide back the rack to the end of the rod, and then repositioned it at the seat It looks really slick. The "W" brackets are great so when I open the pannieres on the sides of the bag, the brackets should keep them away from the spokes. I'm hoping it's a long-lasting rack.

When I saw the pictures of this rack, I was concerned there were too many bolts and feared one or more would work loose on rough roads. I am very pleased the nuts are "stop nuts" with a plastic liner designed to keep the nuts from coming loose. The adjustable brackets made it easy to fit to the bike. I found the rubber pads a little too thin for my steel bike frame, so I add a piece of inner tube to get the right fit. Works well. As light weight as I would expect for metal, and I prefer the durability of metal. I had also been concerned that the quick release on the seat post would be tempting for thieves, but you cannot remove the rack without also undoing a few bolts. I am very pleased with this rack.

Great solid cargo rack that is easy to install. What really impressed me however is the exceptional customer service. When I first got the rack it was not quite what I expected. Rather than do a kneejerk return, I emailed the company to see if they could send me a few parts to fix my issue. Despite being located somewhere in China, the response was within hours and a very polite lady on the other end immediately understood my issue and told me she will contact the factory which would send the parts. I got the parts within a week. Amazing. And very impressive!

I installed this on my Jamis Citizen 2 bicycle. Once I realized that the quick release mechanism was on the bracket backwards, and corrected it, the installation was easy. (I prefer using the pictures on the item website vs any written instructions that are sent, to figure out how to install.) It’s sturdy and I installed a basket on it as well. I chose to point the quick release down in case it might interfere with my legs. I am also tall, 5’10”, so my seat may be higher than most, which gave me plenty of room for the bracket. I would purchase this item again.

Good sturdy back rack. the bag defectors on the side are a decent size but My bags are longer then them and curved twards the wheel still. No issues with the rack the support beams give it plenty of strength and I like that it can adjust forwards and back.

This is a real quality product I was impressed with the quality design and relative ease of assembly. May be a little expensive but well worth the cost looking for a rear rack? Get this one.
