I'm extremely happy with this purchase! I'm surprised all the pieces were together, and the instructions made it easy to build. Some of the pieces are fragile so pull them apart easy. I suggest getting a fine tooth tweezer for peeling stickers, as well as glue for some of the shelves need help staying together. I have already purchased another one it was fun.

My tween is obsessed with building these little kits and will finish one basically any time I get one. I got this for them to do over break and they were able to finish it all before school was back in session. We both really like this brand so I have started mostly sticking with it. Their instructions are always clear and it comes with all the tools you'll need to assemble it--even though we have everything at this point, there's just so much thought put in to your experience assembling it! Yes, this one is a bar, which seems a bit odd for a tween, but we just left off the taps and mugs and it was otherwise just a great little corner restaurant with so many great details, which is what my tween really loves...the kits with many details. That said, know that this has some very tiny pieces to assemble so go into the project expecting that. We love these for decorating now...my child has a long shelf of them but I've also taken a couple to use elsewhere in the house. Guests love looking at all the details of the scene and honestly, we never seem to get tired of it either!

The Tipsy Restaurant Tiny House Model comes with everything you need except the batteries. (I always advise that you have a little white craft glue on hand just in case of an "oopsie" with small or delicate parts.) This kit even has all the tools you will need. Always the sign of a quality miniature kit. This miniature kit was a departure from the usual theme I choose, but it was so cute I couldn't resist. As with all Rolife/Robotime kits it is well put together, and has everything you should need. The directions are pictures, and easy to follow. This kit requires some placing of stickers on very tiny parts and other small detail work. So I think that 14+ is about right. A slightly younger teen could do it if they are patient but could use some help from a parent. This is not a beginner kit. The colors are rich and the miniature detail pieces are detailed. As is the rule for ALL Rolife kits. I have never been dissapointed. This looks like it's going to be a fun and satisfying build. Recommended for 14+ with experience with miniatures or younger teen doing the kit with an experienced adult. Take your time, don't rush things. Do this one over several sessions. This is not a one afternoon project. Be careful removing the smaller pieces from the board. Remember the end result is satisfying and fun to display, but the real fun is in the build. This is a great little miniature house ,and I'd recommend it to anybody who loves doing miniatures.

So it says Rolife on the packaging, but then the side says 'Created by Robotime' so these companies must be affiliated. This was a lot of fun to build, the pieces fit together nicely and there is double sided tape to adhere pieces together instead of glue. The wood pieces for Rolife models always need a bit of sanding to get rid of splinters, and some of them are thin so be mindful not to break them.
