  • Rewarding project
All in all I am happy with this. Pros: Fun, colorful, rewarding, value for money, directions weren't too bad. Cons: Making all of the plants sucked and took forever, build time for me was maybe 35-40 hours

  • So cute!
It came out great. It requires a lot of time and patience but I had lots of fun building it. The instructions were a bit confusing at times and some parts were mislabeled, but all the pieces were there and I figured it out.

  • Love!
One of my favorite DIY project by far! Very tedious but rewarding. Took me a few weeks to complete but that’s only because I worked on it for an hour or two every few days. Totally recommend!

  • Way too complicated
It's a beautiful piece and a nice idea but it's way too hard to put together! The instructions are vague at times and they skip a lot of steps. They only have a limited amount of glue they give you, and you need a few extra tools to cut certain materials but they don't give you some of the tools you need! ... show more

  • Enjoyable
I loved building this tiny house. It did take about 2 months for me to build since I was doing this on my down time. Some of the directions were a bit off especially when it came to running the wires through the home, but it all worked out. I think the hardest part was making the tiny flowers out of the paper. Overall an enjoyable experience ... show more

  • Such a fun project
Building this green house was so much fun and so rewarding. It was my first time doing one of these and VERY tedious. However I’ve always been crafty so it was right up my alley. A few pieces of advice: take your time and read the instructions thoroughly, as they should be a little more explanatory IMO. I made a few mistakes getting ahead of myself, such as missing one of the watering cans in the instructions, having to redo some of the plants, putting the shelf up before gluing the wire for the light behind it, and not using the tiny guide marks on the floor for correct placement of the easel. Do yourself a favor and go ahead and buy more glue. I used E6000 craft glue. I also had some mini clothes pins on hand and they were a LIFE SAVER to hold things while the glue dried. I would def recommend getting some at a craft store, I even saw some at dollar general recently. ONE clip as the instructions recommends would not be sufficient in my opinion. The paper flowers were definitely the hardest and most frustrating part of the project. I actually ended up buying a little bushel of tiny pink flowers and used them for the last few plants because I was DONE with that. I like them better anyway! Be very careful and sparing with the glue when dealing with the plastic covering. The glue will sometimes seep in between the layers of plastic and causes a foggy look. Very frustrating. I used the left over moss and greenery to cover most of it nicely. The worst part for me was that after getting the light fixture and wires secured correctly (which was a major pain) the bulb didn’t work! And I did test it before hand. My sole was crushed when I had to take it apart again. It was in fact the bulb itself that had broken some how. I had to order another one. Hopefully that was just my luck though and most people haven’t dealt with that. All in all, I’m so happy with my greenhouse and will absolutely build another model in the future. ... show more
