We bought 2 of these for our kids and within the first few minutes of riding them (properly with care) the taillight on each one popped off. After being put back on, they came off again as soon as their foot bumped it. We requested a replacement same day as we received them and received replacements through Amazon without a hassle. With the new second set, again within a few minutes of riding it, one of the two scooter's taillight popped off & the wires disconnected leaving the taillight inoperable. The wires are soldered to the taillight cover so when that pops off the wires break off and there's no simple fix. After several back and forth emails to get the company to understand the issue, the seller (RND US Store now listed under a different seller Teamgee) acknowledged a defect with the product. They offered to pay for me to get it repaired or send a video on how to self repair it. These are wires we're dealing with on an electric scooter and a fairly expensive scooter. This should not be happening. The other thing that happened to the other replacement scooter was an issue with not being able to turn the handle bar due to pieces near the bottom overlapping improperly. These were rode properly and not misused so it's not an issue with the operator but in its design. I'm not keeping defective and broken items that are brand new. Please note, Amazon customer service was very responsive when I reached out and I was able to return these for a refund. ... show more

    • Didn't last longer than a month!!!!
bought 2 of these for my kids for Christmas and they loved them!!! but after about a month of using them... they don't work. The last light on the scooters power button use to be green and now its blue. the scooter barely moves. the taillights on one of the scooters has popped off and now the wires are showing. just sent the company a message. I will update my review based on how they handle my situation. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Bought for our 7,8,9 and 11 year old to commute around town. They love them I believe they go up to 10 mph.

    • I Use it to get to work.
The battery life last about a couple hours on the fastest setting and about max weight cap. One of the mid bar screws came out god knows when while riding but it still works and can be replaced.

Both the tail light pieces popped out during riding. Overall it rides well but I was disappointed that so soon after getting the scooter I'm having issues.

    • Battery doesnt hold charge after 5 times
After one week of usage. Battery stop holding charge. I beg Amazon to help me get refund. They have made a faulty battery operated scooter and took my money and now i cant return it back.
