I absolutely love this band. The Velcro is quite comfortable. Performance is perfect, the stretchiness is comfortable without being over tight. It causes me to sweat a LOT which is exactly what I wanted. Easy to clean as well. And easy to put on. It covers my whole torso.

I started running and needed some kind of back support. This does what it says and supports the back but it’s just to wide for me. It’s a tad stiffer than I would like but well made. The Velcro definitely works well and does not come undone but I found it pressuring into my abdomen more than expected. I ended running without it after all.

The media could not be loaded. It fits well and it makes you sweat. I recommend 10/10 but if you want it to cover your entire back then you would have to get the full body one or something else because it cover your belly but like upper back area it doesn’t cover.
