I was hesitant to buy these as I assumed returning would be an expensive nightmare if they did not work out. Fortunately, they are keepers! They are beautiful, sturdy as heck, heavy, excellent quality. I cannot speak to assembly as they were delivered on a day I was recovering from surgery and my handy girlfriend put them together 😂 She had no complaints. I did not hear any cursing lol . I couldn’t be happier with them and they look & feel like they came from a fine furniture store. I actually purchased a flush mount with exact matching cane for over kitchen sink to tie everything together. So pleased with my little kitchen refresh.

We've only had these chairs for about a week but they were relatively simple to put together and seem like great quality. The chair pads are sturdy and the linen is gorgeous. I do wish the rattan had a little less yellow tone to it, so I'm docking a star for that as I feel like it didn't show that as much in the photo.

I was surprised by the quality of these chairs. I bought them for a temporary purpose and decided to keep them. My husband assembled them in no time. The instructions were easy to understand. They are the perfect size at my kitchen countertop and a great value.

These bar stools are great. The cushion is comfy and is durable. I had likely a rare issue where the leg crossbar snapped when my son climbed onto the chair. It looked like it had a knot at the break point. I contacted customer service and they have been very friendly and quick to provide solutions.

Disappointed!! I ordered 4 chairs and 2 of them were like the pictures, with very visible drips of wood varnish in it. I contacted the seller and they told me that didn’t affected the functionality of the chair and they could refund me $20, as if people buy chairs to only be functional. The worst is the other 2 chairs are fine and look great, the quality is good, so I suggested a replacement of the 2 chairs and they say I have to return the 4 back for a refund and purchase it again. What a waste of my time. Worst customer service ever! Definitely returning these and not buying them again.
