Upon delivery, my strong-man ego saw this box and thought “no problem,” as the box wasn’t very big. A bit concerned about the size of the product since the box was so small. After several minutes of stretching the legs and lower back, I knew this small box couldn’t stand a chance. I was rather surprised, as I nearly pooped myself due to the weight of this box. Though, as a man, my mind says nothing can stop me. The heavier the box, means the better quality item. Upon attempting cosmetic work inside my house and some severe frustration, as a man without directions would usually experience, I attempted to build this cabinet instead of my other busy work, to alleviate some of the wine-induced frustration. Dumping out the components of this box, was like emptying the box of a 1000 piece puzzle; challenge accepted. The instruction manual has very small print and is difficult to follow, but what man uses those anyway? The entire shelf was put together by only two tools: a screwdriver and myself. It was a very easy shelf to build and only took about 30 minutes without the instructions. Once standing, it was a very easy shelf to move (recommend two people due to weight) and seems very sturdy. The overall appearance is great, glad my guests will be able to stare at such a fine piece of furniture while sitting on my toilet. Life’s greatest contemplations happen on the toilet; I only hope my friends and family will see this shelf and decide to buy one themselves. 5/5, very happy with my sh*tter shelves. ... show more

I really like this cabinet, everything felt sturdy and it was well worth the price. There's really only 1 big problem I have with it and that's the "wood" they used for the drawer. and i say "wood" because i don't even know if this thing has wood in it, it's about as flimsy as the back paneling that's used and i wouldn't trust it to hold much weight at all. I really have no idea why they decided it was a good idea to do that, hell even if they made it just twice as thick as it currently is I could have seen that as acceptable. The other problem I have is with the instructions, while not terrible I feel it took way longer than necessary because there's no way to tell what side goes where on a few pieces. I stared way too long trying to figure out what way the door magnet piece was supposed to face because at the point you put that in it doesn't say which side is the front. ... show more

I purchased this to off-load some of the clutter on my home desk after retiring. I managed to get it put together by myself, so it wasn’t overly heavy or difficult (I’m a 62 year-old woman who usually does projects like this with my husband’s participation). However, there were two key points of frustration: 1. The quality of the drawings in the instructions didn’t provide much (if any) help on identifying details to clarify top / bottom, front / back, etc. In fact, in one instance, the instructions seemed to have suddenly inverted orientation without alerting to that fact (my engineer husband confirmed this; it wasn’t just me). Photographs, larger drawings, or labels on the parts (even directional arrows) would have been very helpful. 2. The back pressboard pieces were both too long for the area where they were to be installed - by about 1/8”. It was very clear which part had to go on top, thanks to the hardware needed to attach it to a wall (to prevent fallling). Thanks to a good ruler and a sharp utility knife, I was able to notch out enough of the bottom to get it to fit, but there was no way to do that to the top piece without risking tearing it. Again, I had my husband double-check my work, the instructions, and the measurements: both pieces were too long. I have a small bathroom where the toilet is in the center of one wall. This creates two tight corners. I wanted to find a cabinet that was thin enough to fit into one of the corners, yet spacious enough to hold towels and other bathroom essentials. This cabinet was the thinnest I could find and it does the job! Assembling with a second person took about an hour. The process wasn’t too difficult because the pieces were labeled and the hardware was organized. The pictures in the instruction manual are legible but personally I wish they were larger. Some pictures have a lot going on. They’re quite cluttered so larger photos would make them easier to understand. Other than that I’m really happy with the cabinet. I’m able to store towels, toilet paper and all sorts of soaps and cleaners. And because the cabinet isn’t super tall, I keep a few items up there as well. ... show more

This is the perfect storage cabinet for my small bathroom. I love that it has a door on the bottom that I put a basket in to roll big towels in, and I can put hand towels and washclothes in another basket one of the shelves. The drawer can hide some cosmetics and grooming stuff, while the shelves can be decorated with pretty items. It was very easy to put together, but took a little while to do. Very worth it.
