This is a stunning "fandalier" that gives off soft light and provides great airflow. I went through two others that were more expensive and didn't provide enough airflow. The media could not be loaded. It does not come with a remote control but if you really want one I guess you can buy one from a big box store. Itโ€™s too gorgeous to even worry about a remote control. I put this in the master bedroom of an upscale rent house now iโ€™m thinking I need one in my own home itโ€™s so pretty! You can use the top light alone and the bottom light alone or both lights on at the same time. ... show more

    • Fan is grinding or rubbing. Yes shipping bumpers were removed.
Do not get me wrong, this fan is absolutely beautiful. I am just so disappointed, for the money that I spent, that the fan is extremely loud. It sounds like it's rubbing or grinding. You would think for the amount of money that there would be no issue there, maybe a quality control check before the fans are shipped out? I really really hope that I can get a replacement and it won't do this because the fan is absolutely beautiful. It's quite a bit of effort to get it installed with our vaulted ceilings so it was a lot of work for us to put it up, to find out it's defective. Now we have to try to take it off of vaulted ceiling. I contacted the seller I really really hope that they contact me back. ... show more
