Great shipping, scheduled delivery that keeps schedule. Product unloaded for residential customers. Customer Service works with customer to replace a missing part and was received in a couple days. Can be built by one person in about 2 - 8 hour periods, maybe quicker if temperature in mid 70's with low humidity. I was working in 93 degree @ 87% humidity, but not installing in direct sun. Went together well, had one roof panel that was a snug fit. Will do a full review in 6 months to know how it stands the summer and into the winter. 8.2.2015 2 years later drop from 5 star to 1 star, maybe should be lower! One should not consider purchasing this if you get ANY snow in your area. The plastic frame and roof pannels will not handle a snow load! After two years of hot and cold weather, the roof panels started leaking durning moderate to heavy rains, most of the leaks in the panel that contains the roof vent unit. I tried to get a replacement panel and take the vent out all together; could never get response from customer service, and the panels are thin and no replacements could be found for one panel....of course I could purchase 10 panels, cit one down to fit throw the others away, that would be anothers $200 wasted. The weather also did take its toll on the plastic roof frame members, they started to sag, this the front angled pains started to slip down about an inch, the metal catches would not stay in the frame groove. This room may work somewhere but not in Maryland! Good idea, good directions to build, poor selection of framing materials, wish I had spent the money on a shed!

Very pleased with this greenhouse. The engineering of the frame is impressive. I would've liked the plexiglass to have been a little thicker but that's a minimal beef. Give yourself a solid 2 days to put it up. I consider myself pretty handy and it was still a bit difficult in some areas. You will definitely need help at least a few times during installation, so keep that in mind. The weather stripping for each pane is a nice touch. All in all, great product. We'll see how the plexiglass holds up to hail, but it's very sturdy system and should hold up to some pretty good winds.

So we are a whole month going into (trying to) assemble this horrible kit. The pieces are finniky, and I promise you, you will reassemble and assemble 75% of this project at least two times. My husband is an engineer so it is not the instructions that are bad. In fact the instructions are amazing, but the parts don't exactly fit like legos. We need HOT soap and water to make things slide, and even then...there are bolts that are clearly in the way and unable to facilitate the parts to move together as intended in the assembly guide. The heavy sheet metal pieces seemingly have no room for where they are supposed to go.... This kit is a NIGHTMARE, but I tell you, the parts we have up seem amazing. the pieces are well made, they just DONT FIT! I will not give up, and if it ever gets completed I do believe it will be VERY good....but nothing goes together right..... NOTHING.

Unable to install. :( The contractor who attempted to do it for me declared defeat after 3 months of trying saying it is "100X worse than IKEA". If I could put it back in the boxes I would return it. For now, it is a huge $2500 pile in my yard.

I spent a lot of time reading reviews before purchasing this. For that reason I had a special concrete pad poured for this project. One thing that was difficult to discern in the product write-ups was the overall dimensions. This was important for ensuring the product fit our pad and under the wall to which it is now attached. For your information, the dimensions are interior dimensions. The materials are 3.5” add that appropriately. The elevation dimension is 97.5”, just over 8’—leaving me about 3/4” in my workspace for this to fit. Eeek. Putting it together was not difficult, but some steps require patience in order to get all of the joints to fit together at once. Plan two good work days for this. We put it together in late fall (2019) in WIsconsin and weather and cold made it take longer than that. But, again, I say be patient. Take it step by step and you will be very pleased with the result. I did not rate durability, as I haven’t had it long enough to make that determination, but all appears solid.

Built sections by section in the house because of heavy rains. Directions in assembly are picture based and excellent. Needed 4 screws in the end (probably lost them). Company provided them at no cost and in record time. Engineering and company support awesome. Needed fan and windows for the heat. Succulents are doing well. over the summer.

TERRIBLE - MAIN STRUCTURE PIECES CANNOT FIT TOGETHER, 2 CONSTRUCTION WORKERS I KNOW ONLY GOT THREE PIECES TO CONNECT AND THAT WAS FORCED TOGETHER. SECOND THERE RUBBER STRIPS THAT MUST GO IN GROOVES TO SEAL PSANELS BUTY YOU DONT SEE THAT IN THE VIDEOS AND THEY ARE ALSO IMPOSSIBLE TO GET TO FIT AND STAY IN RIGHT, I HAD HIGH HIGH HOPES TRIED A LOT OF WORK BUT ITS NO GOOD AND I SPENT MY LITTLE NEST EGG ON IT IN GOOD FAITH NOW AMAZON REFUSES TO TAKE IT BACK IN GOOD FAITH IN THEIR CUSTOMERS SIMPLY BECAUSE THE 30 DAYS HAS PASSED AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE INSISTS THERE IS NO HIGHER PESON TO SPEAK TO. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND I AM NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM AMAZON AGAIN.

Ok so let me save a few others some serious grief. First, before you buy this, your patio must be both big enough, and level. Go outside now and make sure your patio has absolutely no slope, and is in exactly a 90° degree angle from the wall. Second, if the siding on your house is uneven (read: vinyl siding, hardiplank, etc) and you care at all about the room being warmer than the outside during the winter, consider if you will be able to fill the gaps that will be left. The sunroom itself seems sturdy, but trust that it is exceedingly difficult to install. Expect several days and many trips to your local hardware store. The boxes were incredibly heavy, and I couldn't tell you if all the parts were included because after a year and three different attempts to install it, I have just put everything in my attic pending someone fixing my patio to make it level.
