The Rinna Beauty Bright Eyes Refreshing Under Eye Gel Cooling Patches - is just as advertised. For me one of the most important things besides how well it works is how well it adheres to under your eyes. It also has a good length that can reach from the corner of your eyes all the way to your outer eye. The easiest way to use it is to first put it on the corner of your inner eye hold it down and then wrap it around to the outer corner of your eye - it does have some stretch to it besides being long then I just press it down. Each pair is in its own packet and it has a backing that you remove. It adheres really well and a nice thickness to it. You can walk around and it is not going to fall off. It recommends to leave it on 20 minutes and I left it on 30 minutes. I definitely could see a difference after I used under my eyes, I could feel the cooling long after after I removed the patches. I don't have puffiness under my eyes more dark circles and I think you would have to use this on a daily basis at least a few times for more of a noticeable difference, although I had some difference after one use. I can definitely see this helping for puffiness because of the cooling effect and the ingredients. I did attach a photo of the ingredients so you can decide for yourself if this product would be right for you. Overall a great quality product.

For the money I really expected more. I was not overly impressed by these so called under eye cooling eye masks. They were disappointing. I have bought more for less with greater results. I guess the celebrity name makes them more “ salable” but very disappointed in the product.

I've used an assortment of undereye patches. These are the first ones I've gotten with a cooling feature. It only cools mildly, so you don't have to worry about it getting too cold. The cooling feature is a nice touch, though. One of the first things I noticed about these patches was how well they stay in place. They adhere to the skin under your eyes, almost like a Band-Aid. I've found that many undereye patches are either too wet, and therefore they slip around, or they are too dry, so they don't stay in place well. Because of the sticky nature of these patches, they stay in place well. The good news is that while they do stay in place well, they are also easy to remove. When I was taking the protective layer off the patches to adhere them to the skin under my eyes, one of the patches ended up getting stuck to itself. Fortunately, it was easy to peel it off of itself. These patches seem to work well for puffiness and dark circles. There are other patches that work just as well and are slightly less expensive. The two main appeals of these over similar patches are that they do have the cooling feature, and they stay in place well because of their adhesive nature. If that sounds appealing, these are worth the extra cost.

I like these a lot. It comes in a pack of 8. Perfect for when I wake up and look tired and my under eyes need a bit more hydration. I wish they were more affordable.

The product actually looks like it's good quality from the outside. The box came completely wrapped in plastic, it looks fancy enough, and the patches themselves are individually packaged in 8 pouches. It was made in Korea, but distributed by two companies, one in the US and one in Finland. So it's not a Korean product per se, it was just manufactured in Korea but most likely not formulated there. As someone who is really into eye patches and Korean skin care in general, I was disappointed in this product. When I opened the pouch, the patches come out looking pretty average, and when you peel off the plastic backing, they're pretty dry. I thought maybe when you apply them to the skin they'll start releasing whatever ingredients they have, and they have some nice ones judging by the ingredients list on the box. But I had them on for 30 minutes like suggested, and when I peeled them off, my under eye area was as dry as before using them. I don't know if it's supposed to be like that, or I just got a bad batch somehow. They do stick pretty well to the skin and don't move at all, probably because they're so dry. I think if you want to apply your own eye skin care and then stick these on top to keep it working longer, or maybe go to bed with them if you want to prevent wrinkles in the morning and avoid your eye area moving too much, especially if you're a side sleeper, then that might work better. But I'm not going to use them for the moisturizing properties, cause I have enough of good patches already that actually make a difference. All in all, looks like a decent product on the outside, but doesn't deliver and definitely doesn't justify the high price tag.

These are great! They stay in place and give a nice cooling effect. Next time, I'm going to put them in the fridge before using them and see if the cooling effect is even better. These under eye patches usually slide down your face which I can not stand but these stick right where you put them.

This is package of eight under eye patches. They are a bit stiff but adhere quite well. The cooling effect is noticeable, but ever so slightly. I would say they are neither dry nor especially hydrating. What counts for me is that they are comfortable, I enjoy putting them on after a shower. Sadly they only come in a pack of eight, so I have to reorder quickly.

These are pretty average, from packaging to performance. I was really disappointed with the patches. They are dry patches, meaning there are no moisture to them. I'm not too sure how beneficial they are being dry patches. Definitely think it's better if they're are at least moist. Have not seen a difference after using the entire package. The only good thing is that they do stick well to skin. Being a celebrity brand, really disappointed and not worth the money. Skip this one.
