For the money I really expected more. I was not overly impressed by these so called under eye cooling eye masks. They were disappointing. I have bought more for less with greater results. I guess the celebrity name makes them more “ salable” but very disappointed in the product.

The Rinna Beauty Bright Eyes Refreshing Under Eye Gel Cooling Patches - is just as advertised. For me one of the most important things besides how well it works is how well it adheres to under your eyes. It also has a good length that can reach from the corner of your eyes all the way to your outer eye. The easiest way to use it is to first put it on the corner of your inner eye hold it down and then wrap it around to the outer corner of your eye - it does have some stretch to it besides being long then I just press it down. Each pair is in its own packet and it has a backing that you remove. It adheres really well and a nice thickness to it. You can walk around and it is not going to fall off. It recommends to leave it on 20 minutes and I left it on 30 minutes. I definitely could see a difference after I used under my eyes, I could feel the cooling long after after I removed the patches. I don't have puffiness under my eyes more dark circles and I think you would have to use this on a daily basis at least a few times for more of a noticeable difference, although I had some difference after one use. I can definitely see this helping for puffiness because of the cooling effect and the ingredients. I did attach a photo of the ingredients so you can decide for yourself if this product would be right for you. Overall a great quality product.

Caution... If you want to just burn your eyes.... Pour something like acid in them. These things are truly a health risk for your eyesight, the tender skin around it. Your eyelids are man did it take some eyelashes and eyebrows with it. Use with caution if you dare. I was truly disappointed... This girl has no idea what she is selling, the quality, and the chemicals in them Slapped a name on it and took my money. Shame shame shame.

I've used an assortment of undereye patches. These are the first ones I've gotten with a cooling feature. It only cools mildly, so you don't have to worry about it getting too cold. The cooling feature is a nice touch, though. One of the first things I noticed about these patches was how well they stay in place. They adhere to the skin under your eyes, almost like a Band-Aid. I've found that many undereye patches are either too wet, and therefore they slip around, or they are too dry, so they don't stay in place well. Because of the sticky nature of these patches, they stay in place well. The good news is that while they do stay in place well, they are also easy to remove. When I was taking the protective layer off the patches to adhere them to the skin under my eyes, one of the patches ended up getting stuck to itself. Fortunately, it was easy to peel it off of itself. These patches seem to work well for puffiness and dark circles. There are other patches that work just as well and are slightly less expensive. The two main appeals of these over similar patches are that they do have the cooling feature, and they stay in place well because of their adhesive nature. If that sounds appealing, these are worth the extra cost.

These Rinna Beauty Eye Gels are very comfortable and stay on well. Although they are said to have a cooling sensation, I don't notice that at all. Maybe it would be a good idea to put them in the fridge first, but I don't see that in the instructions. They are hydrogels, which feel nice and smooth, with a soft felt like outside. They have Polyvinyl Alcohol, which I'm not a fan of, in the top 4 ingredients. But, I didn't have any issues, and they seem mildly hydrating. I didn't really notice any brightening after one use. I haven't found any eye masks I love yet, so these seem in line with others I've tried in this price range. If you are gifting, note that the ingredients and instructions are not on the individual wrappers, just on the box. They are made in Korea.

These were amazing, imo. First of all they stay on while I am running around getting the morning routine done. Almost all do not. They stay put because they aren't disgustingly moist yet still they do the job, I saw a noticeable difference in puffiness upon removing, not sure how long it lasted but good enough for some morning meetings.
