Love my ring. It's the perfect size. I originally didn't want to get a shiny ring, but I don't regret it. I don't tend to bang my fingers into things so, for the short time I've had the ring, it hasn't scratched at all. The charger is awesome. Even though I haven't had to really charge the ring yet but, out of habit from wearing other smart devices, I place the ring in the charger while I shower and it's fully charged by the time I get out. I plan to not charge it for a full battery cycle to see how long it really lasts. The app is sparse, but I don't mind. Sleep tracking is on par with my galaxy watch 7 and my ticwatch pro 5. Functionality is still being added to the app, so I don't really have much to say there. It gives me the information I'm looking for and that's alright with me. Heart rate monitoring has been really good as long as I have it on a finger that it fits snugly against. I haven't had issues with the ring spinning at all on my finger so I'm happy there. The BMR calculation is about the same as my watches and smart scale so cool beans. I haven't been able to exercise while wearing it yet so I can't really compare that to my watches. They've said that they plan to add more exercises to the app, but the ones that are there are all that I'd use currently anyways.

I received my ring a week ago. Very easy to get set up and pair with my phone. This ring is all that I hoped for! I love that it keeps track of my sleep apnea. It also tracks steps, calories and more. Speedy charging and battery has a long life on a charge. Very impressive!

The media could not be loaded. I gotta say, this smart ring is exactly what I was waiting for! It monitors my sleep accurately, which is something I've been wanting for a while. The ring is compact and lightweight, making it super comfy to wear. The price is good, and it comes with an excellent app to keep track of all the features. One of the standout features is its awesome battery life, which claims to last up to 2 weeks. The charger and case, made of high-quality aluminum, charge up quickly, which is really handy. The material of the ring looks elegant and feels durable. Plus, it's incredibly lightweight. I've only been using it for a day, but the sleep monitoring has been very precise in tracking the moments I woke up, which is something other rings have struggled with. Overall, I'm super satisfied with this smart ring and would totally recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and stylish option!

I've been using it for the sleep apnea feature as I need a reading of where my condition is at, and I can't tolerate a sleep study involving a CPAP. It works pretty well for what it is, as far as where the technology is. It seems to get my sleep patterns right except it's a little off, one way or the other, just about every night. Such as, one night will say I was sleeping an hour more or less than I actually was. Or, it will say I was in bed for 40 minutes less than I was. The nice thing is that you can go into the app in the morning and correct such results to make it more accurate, and it then does a pretty good job at recalculating different measures of your sleep quality, probably correctly, based on your edits. No other smart ring seems to have the apnea testing technology yet, and I'm really hoping they're able to make it a little more accurate, and that it receives the promised FDA approval. Its measures of vital signs like pulse and O2 seemed accurate when I compared them to those of my Apple Watch Ultra. Not too bad. I'm keeping it.

Haven't had my RingConn Gen 2 smart ring very long, but I'm really impressed! From opening the box to getting the ring set up, this ring is just what I was looking for! The app is great and very easy to set up and use. My ring paired with the app quickly and easily, and I immediately got the firmware update I've read about on FB. I absolutely LOVE the charging case/dock! The dock is wireless and has a little light in front to show the status of ring charging. The dock gets charged and then it charges the ring, so the dock can be anywhere. The app notified me when the ring was charged, nice! I did buy some ring protectors in different colors to protect my lovely ring from scratches. I've had several smart rings, and this one has been the BEST! FYI, I'm an 80 year old female who loves gadgets!

I've only been wearing this smart ring for a few days but so far I am liking it and I find it impressive. The ring is very plain looking which is deceiving with how much information this ring is transmitting. It tracks my heart rate, stress level, steps, calories, sleep. Those are the things I'm aware of. I'm still learning. What I will also say is that although this ring came with instructions, they were at best very limited. The instructions basically told you how to get started but lacked any information on how to use. Then the app doesn't really do any better. It show all of your numbers but it really doesn't explain how to maximize using this ring. So you basically are learning on your own. I still really like the ring and am intrigued enough to want to continue learning how to maximize use of it.

Wow, there is a reason that there are no 3,2, or 1 star reviews. I bought the RingConn Gen 2 because it listed the features (health and steps) without the need for a monthly subscription (Which is why I would NEVER get an Oura ring). Works well with the iPhone(apps I use: Health, LoseIt!, RingConn) helping me lose weight. But having constant measured vitals data, along with sleep data & stress level, adds significantly overall functionality. KUDOS to them.
